Relaxing furniture including NEW chairs and a Flat Screen TV make the living room comfortable and cozy while you enjoy the gorgeous views of the ocean. Two oceanfront queen bedrooms along with a double and two twin beds make this a great vacation house for two or more families or one large extended family. Just a few steps down the private walkway and you are at the beach. Take in a sunrise or sunset on the NEW expanded oceanfront deck! This home is easily accessible, having all bedrooms and living areas on one level. For those of you that need to do a little work on your vacation or just can¡t stay "disconnected", there is High Speed Wireless Internet available. Just bring your own computer.

Level One: Large Living Area with Flat Screen TV, large windows and direct access to the Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area has seating for 4. The Open Concept Kitchen has all the room you need to prepare your family meals with a bar that has seating for four, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Microwave. Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed and a Queen Bed. Oceanfront Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, TV and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck. Oceanfront Bedroom #3 has Queen Bed, TV and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds.

Amenities include: Free Long Distance Phone Service, Central Air/Heat, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Washer/Dryer on ground level. 1 Flat Screen TV, 2 additional TVs. Covered and Open Decks with Furniture, Outside Enclosed Shower.

Please Note that Beach Chairs and Other Beach Equipment should not be left behind at the home after your stay!

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
