In addition to a fantastic location, you and your beloved group are granted access to the resort's amenities, which include an outdoor pool with a pool slide, a lazy river, a hot tub, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, a fitness center, a game room with arcade machines throughout, a business center, and a volleyball court.

Enjoy a bright and inviting open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Spread out comfortably in the living room, furnished with a comfy sofa and an armchair, and watch a favorite show on the smart TV with cable and streaming, perfect for entertaining evenings at home! The nearby dining table is wonderful for formal meals and board game nights with your loved ones. Speaking of meals, the well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces for your group, including a dishwasher for quick and easy post-meal clean ups and two coffee makers. Off the living room is a cute secluded patio with a seating area. The first floor has a primary suite with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom.

The second floor has three additional bedrooms, each one with a smart TV. One of the bedrooms has a Star Wars theme with blue neon lights and another bedroom has a The Little Mermaid theme - perfect for the kiddos!

THINGS TO KNOW
Disney+ streaming is available for guests.
There is a fold-up wagon, two high chairs, and two Pack N' Plays.
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.
Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
