The listing is inaccurate. This house does not have 3 queen sized beds. It has one king, two queens, one full, and two rooms have two twin sized beds in each. The mattresses on the beds are thin and uncomfortable. The home is two stories, but only has one air conditioning unit for the whole house. This means that people sleeping on the top floor are hot if the people on the first floor are comfortable or the people on the top floor are comfortable while the people on the bottom floor are cold. The house would benefit from a unit dedicated to each floor so that there is better temperature regulation. Especially since heat rises and the home is located in Florida, one of the hottest places in the country. The house could use a deep clean. We brought a dog and two kids in our group. So when you have kids and a dog, you are always paying attention to what is on the floor because the dog and the kids like to eat things off the floor. When we arrived leaves covered the back patio. The floors appeared clean in the house, but if you drop something and wipe it up off the floor, the paper towel was black! The bottoms of the curtains on the windows & showers were dirty. Some of the pots and pans had caked on food residue. The batteries in the remote controls died. There is no tv in the upstairs loft area. The house could use a deep clean. With the high turnover rate with this house, I would suggest a deep clean every two months. I did appreciate access to the washing machine and dryer.

The size of the home was perfect for our large family, but parking was difficult. The driveway can accommodate 2 medium sized vehicles, but the community will tow if the sidewalk is blocked. At times it was very difficult to find street parking. I'd recommend bringing paper & cleaning products as only singles were provided. The oven had only 1 rack which made it challenging for preparing Thanksgiving Dinner for 12 people. But the home & furnishings were perfect for our large family.

Nice Home with Easy Access

Stayed Memorial Day weekend with family. House is nice, very close to the clubhouse and amenities (you can actually walk through the backyard to reach it). Property could have been cleaner but it was acceptable. More spacious than I expected from the pictures. Depending on the time of day there could be a long line to get into the resort gate. Overall a good stay. Would book again.

Modern home close to the resort action

As a family of 5 adults we enjoyed our stay, the house was nice inside and as a expected. However, we were not expecting to be backed on a to a busy street and the outdoor furniture was not "luxury villa" quality.

Great house Great location!

This property was ideal for our 2 families (my sister and I) with teenage children who want their own space. It was clean and spacious and right beside the clubhouse so we could just walk over and enjoy the larger pool and lazy river. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in Florida!

Comfy and clean

It smelled good upon entering. It was pretty clean. They had plenty and a variety of dishes for a large group. The place looked like the photos. I slept well each night. My only complaint would be that they should provide a certain number of toilet paper rolls and garbage bags per the number of nights you stay. There was 7 of us for 5 days and we were told we had to replenish our own toilet paper...after we asked. We should have been told upfront in case we ran out before we asked. We also could have been more prepared if given a warning. Also, the manager did not respond to emails in a timely manner. I would stay there again. I just need to pack garbage bags and toilet paper so I don't waste time getting it out there.

I liked the house and Jonathan the manager was available a lot.

However, they clearly have spy cameras inside or outside the house. I did not bring a dog but a friend stopped for a short while who did. In order for them to see that they would have to be watching the cameras either live or on replay 24/7, there is no other way. To think you are being WATCHED at all times is very disturbing and unethical.

The perfect vacation

This was a perfect vacation rental home. We all enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Pros: this is the cleanest rental house I have ever seen. It was exactly as described. There were no issues with bugs in the house. The pool area was also clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The community was wonderful. It is a short walk to the community center with a lazy river, water slide, bar/restaurants, and gym. It was easy and quick to get to Disney, thought just staying in this house would have felt like a vacation with all the community offers. Cons: the community does not offer recycling. The king sized bed was a bit lumpy and slopes down quite a bit at the top. We were able to use pillows to try to even it out, but it was strange to have our heads and necks so much lower than the rest of our bodies. Not a deal breaker and could likely be addressed with turning the mattress.

Beautiful and great Experience

To start with my family and I loved the communication with the management. They messaged us upon arrival quickly to welcome us to the home. That’s was a very convenient form of contact. Now onto the actual property it was very clean and spacious. My family and I have done this Florida vacation thing 5 years now and this was our favorite home to date. The kitchen was well stocked with great appliances and basic silverware. Now into the bedrooms, which were just very spacious and clean. My family and I felt very spaced out. My mom loves the laundry room for it’s variety and spacious feeling. I would definitely recommend staying here because we had a great experience. Lastly the clubhouse was lovely, also a nice variety in the gym.

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay in this home. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved being so close to the resort pool and amenities (it’s just a short walk across the parking lot). The home is located only about 12 miles from the Disney parks, but due to traffic on the highways it took us about 40-45 minutes (or more) to get to and from the parks. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Great Property

Overall stay was great. House was clean. The interior design and furniture was nice. Only negative is the small trash bin that holds only 2, 13 gallon bags. I would recommend property management let guest know where they can dispose of trash if it doesn't fit in bin prior to their arrival. My stay was during Christmas and the bin was to small to hold Christmas day trash

We spent three nights at this beautiful large house. It is extremely clean and modern, and very nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, we had more than enough of everything for a family of 5. There is nothing provided in terms of cooking supplies (salt, pepper, oil, sugar etc), but I understand this is FL law. It was not a big deal for us, since we drove so we bought our own stuff and brought it back home with us so we wouldn't waste it. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens crisp and fresh. The house was very quiet, or maybe we just got lucky, it was Halloween weekend, and to our surprise there were no loud parties and the community pool and lazy river were literally empty until noon. I'm not sure what the previous review was about, regarding trash everywhere on the street, the community was very clean. The trash pick up is valet, where you put it in a little brown bin on your front porch, and it gets picked up every day. Better than having it sit in a giant trash can for a week. We didn't have any parking problems, since we had just one car, the garage is not available for parking (the ping pong table is in there), but there seemed to be plenty of nicely marked parking spots along the street, in front of the house. Overall, very happy, it is our third house with Evolve, and again they did not disappoint. Thank you!

The house was pretty ok but……..

This house was pretty ok. The pros are: 1. Very good location, walking distance to the resort amenities and gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores 2. The house looked exactly how it looked online 3. Pool and jacuzzi was a plus considering we had four children with us The cons are: 1. The WiFi barely worked in the house, also had a hard time figuring out how to operate the TVs because most of the remotes were non functioning. Not good considering we had kids with us. I was told someone would come out but didn’t. 2. Upon arrival a few things were broken and there was pet hair everywhere 3. The dishes were greasy upon arrival, and the soap was watered down. Good thing I brought my own hand soap Other than those few things my vacation was amazing. Will I return to this property again? Probably not. I try to go to a different property every year I come to Florida but the cons I experienced would be enough for me not to return

Beautiful House

The overall experience with this property was excellent. It met all of our needs as a family. The hot tub did not initially heat, but that was taken care of the next day; the communication could have been better but they finally got it handled. The trash people only came to empty the trash one day, and it was stated in the material they would come every day - not that big of a deal except we had lots of trash sitting in the yard. The overall community had a lot of trash all over the road and sidewalks. I'm amazed that people are so disrespectful of the nice community this house was in. This is in no way a detractor of this house, but I was embarassed for the homeowners who live there.

Awesome house!!

This house was amazing! It was clean and orderly when we arrived making the vacation a relaxing one. Spent the mornings having coffee outside around the pool, enjoyed the lazy river, and had relaxing evenings enjoying the roomie kitchen and living space. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Would love to come back and stay again!
