Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome offers 1,411 sq ft of spacious comfort in a quiet, convenient neighborhood.

Riverview Retreat has something for everyone. You will enter the townhome on the lowest level. The garage has been transformed into a second living area. A perfect place for the teenagers to watch TV or use the free weights. Head upstairs to an open concept living area with a full kitchen, laundry room with pantry, dining area, and half bath. The next level up has a beautiful master ensuite with king bed and a cozy queen bedroom with attached bath. Head up to the amazing top floor where full over full bunkbeds and a rooftop patio awaits. The rooftop patio contains a TV with seating area, dining area, flat top grill and propane heaters for relaxing with a glass of wine for enjoying a beer while watching sports.

Sleeping arrangements: On second level King and Queen bedrooms. Third floor has full over full bunk beds and room for a double air mattress. Sleeps 10 guests.

Guests will have full access to the property except a locked owners closet in the master bedroom.

The Vacation Company is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns.

No pets allowed. Any unauthorized pets will be subject to a $500 fine. Guests will be immediately asked to leave with no refund.

No smoking of any kind.

Check in time is 4pm

Checkout time is 10am

Early check in and late check out is available on request for a $50 fee.
