The condo was clean and spacious. It was a good location. Close to sightseeing and shopping in Helen but in a quiet area. My only complaint, and that's because we are all over 75, is there needs to be a handrail to the second floor bedrooms.

This is a nice layout and well kept but there are many missing details. No waste baskets in bathrooms or bedrooms. No extra blankets for the beds. Minimum number or of towels in bathrooms. No dish cloths or dish towels. Not enough cups, plates, dishes for 6 people. Dishwasher didn’t work. Very poor lighting in the living room and minimal furniture. We enjoyed our stay which was only 2 nights and it met our limited needs.

It was fine for our family of six . Close to places we wanted to see. Could use more place settings and utensils. The communication with owner was great. Missed a few light bulbs and batteries in TV remotes. Overall a good experience:)

Very spacious but lacking some normal necessities. Linens were provided but a bath mat for the showers would have been useful.

The apartment was in a great location to see all the local attractions. It was clean and comfortable. The furnishings were sparse and the deck was covered with spiderwebs.

Good location, clean, but very basic

The condo was very clean. Linens appeared to be fairly new and were well-stocked. The soaps in the showers were a nice touch, as well as the provided hair dryer. However, some things were not working properly, like bathroom fans and shower heads. And the beds were simple frames and felt a bit rickety. The kitchen is also quite sparse. This was a good solution for a night or two, but I wouldn't want for an extended stay.

1.dirty-dirty towels still in the cabinet in one of the rooms upstairs from previous guests.,bugs everywhere(ants on the bed,bathroom and living room)spiders on the porch. 2.no extra blankets and pillowcase 3.dishwasher not working 4.false advertisement-there was an extra bed in one of the rooms upstairs but is missing when we arrived. 5.communication-owners never reply to any of my message while we were staying. overall,horrible experience.

Property was as described was in good location to town just far enough out for privacy. Beds where amazingly comfortable after a day of activities.
