Stunning and unique architecture, coupled with the lush tropical setting, makes you forget that you’re in the 4th largest city in the US. Featuring floor to ceiling windows, an open kitchen / living room concept, covered parking, & swimming pool. The unit has been well appointed so you'll have everything needed during your stay!

The kitchen:
All new (2023) appliances include induction range & Bosch dishwasher. You’ll have plenty of options for tea & coffee: there’s a French press, coffee bean grinder, and drip option. Thoughtfully appointed with olive oil, spices (skinny storage area - pull open to L of oven), Mepal storage containers, Kitchenaid mixer, glass baking dishes, baking sheets, mixing bowls, crock pot, pots & pans. Dishes are handmade pottery from Bozeman, MT artisan and are dishwasher & microwave safe! Washer & dryer are under counter in kitchen and laundry soap is provided.

The bedroom:
New Tempurpedic mattress sleeps like a dream. High quality linens are a must! There’s a robe in the closet with plenty of hangers and a chest of drawers. The small closet in the bedroom holds a handheld steamer if needed.

Primary bathroom:
Walk in shower has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer. Towels and wash cloths are in the baskets on the entry shelves. Beach towels are provided as well, for the pool.

Hallway bathroom:
Retro sunken bathtub / shower combo - with shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided.

Living room / office:
Large CB2 desk and chair with plenty of light! Housekeeper waters plants every other week, but please give them love & water as needed. Printer available on the shelf to L of desk. Records and record player can be found on the shelves. TV is Roku enabled for guests - feel free to log into your streaming accounts and the system will log you out of your departure date.
