This extremely clean 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to make this year the best Ocean City vacation yet. This unit shows pride in ownership and is well maintained. The third-floor location with an elevator provides views of the ocean. Inside, the main bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin as well as access to the second bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen has everything you need to make those cost-saving meals at home. The outdoor pool provides a refreshing retreat from the heat of the beach. There is a washer and dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi.
Located in quiet North Ocean City, this ocean block location provides the benefits of both ocean and bay side features. The ocean block makes it easy to get to and from the beach which is great especially if you have kids. You also get those amazing summer breezes off the water as you sit on the balcony enjoying the ocean views. The nearby neighborhoods on the bayside provide a great option for bike riding, walking, jogging and enjoying some of the local parks. Make it a point to stop by north side park on Sunday nights for the fireworks and listen to the live bands! The North Ocean City location provides easy access to jet ski/boat rentals, paddle board/SUP rentals, go-carts, laser tag, miniature golf and movies. There is plenty of great shops nearby and you are a short drive to tax free shopping in Delaware. Take a trip down Rt. 54 and enjoy a great selection of restaurants and be sure to enjoy happy hour on the deck at Harpoon Hanna’s!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* This unit is not rented to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linens & towels are included for rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only.
* One assigned under cover parking spot provided. There is also additional free on street parking. (Undercover parking prohibits oversize vehicles.)
* Outdoor pool is elevated and only accessible by steps.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a very nice place to stay. It was clean and for the most part everything we needed was there. It was close to the beach as well. We did love the fact that there was an elevator too. The only thing we didn’t expect was no hand soap in the bathrooms. Dish detergent and pods for the dish washer were supplied as well as some toilet paper and an extra roll of paper towels. Otherwise we hope to rent the same place again.

The condo suited the 3 of us perfectly. It’s a quieter area than south OC, but still plenty to do and places to eat. Location was great for the beach. Close enough to walk back in case you forgot something

We had a wonderful stay, the property was exactly as described. The beach view was good, quick access just steps away to the water The parking spot will be tough if you have a large SUV and the lot is full but manageable and always plenty of parking right outside the garage if neededOverall, no complaints. 10/10. We would absolutely book again the next time we visit the area. Thank you !

Condo was very nice and clean. Linen service is a plus. Beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach, and the pool was a nice switch located right behind the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great weekend and this 2 bedroom condo was very nice. I would stay here again if I had 4 adults. We had 6. It was a little tight with 2 sleeping on the sofa bed. Although we've come to the area for more than 40 years and LOVE it, we've never stayed over the 4th ... it was crazy mobbed with people on the beach, in restaurants and for parking. Lesson learned for me.

The condo is always very clean and has everything we need. Everything you need to know about the place is explained from start to finish in the reservation details. Very comfortable stay and only steps from the beach which is a plus with small children and carrying things back and forth.Clean , Bright, comfortable place to call home while visiting Ocean City. We will be staying again soon :)

Easy walk to beach

Great property to stay at with a family. Easy walk to the beach, which has a large strip of sandy beach. The little ones enjoyed the pool too. Has a bathtub for babies and walk-in shower for adults and older kids. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchenware and appliances. Easy parking under the building and elevator up to condos.

Two bedroom in North Ocean City

Superb location. One block to beach. Unit was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Can see ocean from the balcony. North Ocean City up near Fenwick line is pretty quiet area and allows easy access up to Bethany and Rehoboth if you so desire. It is our go to area in Ocean City.

Great stay in North Ocean City

My family and I spent two enjoyable nights at this condo in North Ocean City. The location is great - on the ocean side a block from the beach. It is an end unit on the top floor, so you get a clear view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was very clean. Check-in and getting in and out was a breeze with a code-activated lock on the door. The only minor downside is complete inflexibility on check-in (4pm) and check-out (10am) time, with the latter being an hour or two earlier than most properties. Overall, I’d highly recommend this condo for an ocean view stay in North Ocean City.

Clean and Comfortable!

This condo was everything that was advertised! We stayed with two young children and were very comfortable here. It was surprisingly clean and slightly larger than what we expected from the pictures! All around lovely stay, would definitely come back!

We had a very nice stay! The place was tidy and clean, the code access to get in and out was so easy. The beds were comfortable. The owner was very nice to let us know a maintenance person would be coming. Appreciated the heads up on that. The only criticism was the hall bathroom fan was a bit loud but it eventually worked itself out. No big deal at all. Overall we had a great time and would definitely consider renting again! Thanks!

Very nice place for the money but not to worth it the vent fan in the bathroom was very loud every time I turned it on also everytime I flushed the toilet the pipes in the wall sound like they are about to burst with a loud noise that would would wake up everyone in the place would I book this place again probably if these minor issues get fixed other then that my family had a wonderful time thank you

This is a great property to stay at for vacation. Very clean and spacious. Great location with good access to the beach. We really enjoyed it. Also the condo was pretty kid friendly and safe - we had a two year old there. Thank you
