Nice and peaceful weekend getaway. House is basic but clean and comfortable. Great place to unwind for a few days. Awesome sunsets and views. If looking for peace and quite can’t beat sitting out there on the river and this house.

Spectacular Sunsets

My wife and a truly enjoyed staying at your home. The 2 double decker dock made sunrises and sunsets truly amazing. Couldn’t ask for a quieter getaway. We’ll definitely be back.

Relaxing and quiet stay

The house was better than expected. We really enjoyed the porch and the dock. This had to be the quieted place I ever stayed. Megan was quick to answer any questions. We would definately return.

Serenity and Peace > just right!

We arrived as the sun was setting and went straight through the house to dock. Beautiful views! The lawn is lush, the house is perfect for unwinding. We went paddleboarding, walked the neighborhood and fished. We also visited nearby springs and state parks. Perfect vacation!

Very relaxing

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The action on the water in front of the property was surprisingly quiet. The large yard and dock pleased us. And the sunsets were unbelievable. We both slept great the whole two weeks.The only down side is that the bathrooms are very small. I really like the new kitchen, we prepared most of our meals and had plenty of space.

Enjoyed getting away, but we didn't catch just four little fish and one big catfish. The cabin was clean, and it provided everything we needed.......we will try to go back at a later date. The grass did need cutting and trimming at the dock, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great Escape!

We stayed here for our joint birthdays (1/28 and 2/2) and boy did we need to decompress.... This place did it! Although there's not much else but the lake/river, we knew going in that is was a remote location. Beautiful lake, terrific screened porch, Flooring was nearly new, kitchen was just redone, all was great. Bring some food-stuff with you and kick back!!
