The Beaver is a 1-bedroom luxury cabin, with additional loft sleeping, where you can soak in your outdoor hot tub, curl up in the cozy living room, and enjoy the sounds of In the Trees.
Your cabin includes:
Hot Tub
Heated bathroom floors
Loft Sleeping common space
Deck w/ furniture
Luxury Kassatex Bedding
Stocked kitchen w/ Caraway cookware
Electric indoor fireplace
Smart TV and Wifi (although we encourage you to unplug!)
Vinyl record player
Sleeper sofa for additional sleeping
Coffee Maker, Fridge, Stove, Oven and Microwave

Primary bedroom- 1 king bed
Living room- 1 full sleeper sofa
Loft- twin XL bunk bed
Oaklawn Horse Racing! If you plan to enjoy a day at the races while you're in Hot Springs, ask about the availability of our In the Trees Finish Line box seating! (seats 6) Pricing varies. Available ONLY to In the Trees guests.
In the Trees is an expanding resort, and The Beaver cabin is part of Phase 1. As you travel past this cabin, you will see construction down the road. Please do not touch or go near any construction equipment, but we do encourage you to walk down the road to get a glance of the exciting things coming to In the Trees!
