The house was so welcoming and cozy, decorated festively for the holidays. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, games, puzzles, and pool table. It was a great place to bring in the New Year with family!

Beautiful location and cabin! We enjoyed Thanksgiving at the cabin as well as took an extra week to go for walks, hikes and just enjoy the quiet. Don gave us several choices as far as how to reach him if needed. The cabin was clean and spacious with a kitchen full of what was needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner

Cabin was amazing! Very clean & beautiful. Quiet, secluded, peaceful retreat. Don is a wonderful host with great communication. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to get away & slow down!

The cabin was the perfect place from which to explore Helen, GA and the surrounding communities. The home was clean, neat and tidy and with everything you would need in the kitchen. The hot tub was enjoyed throughout our stay and was a great place to relax after a day of hiking or visiting town. We enjoyed the fireplace on the chilly nights and the bottle of wine and munchies was a nice welcoming touch and much appreciated. The owner was responsive to our questions and we would certainly rent here again.

Great Getaway

Really enjoyed the treehouse feel of this cabin. Comfortable, with lots of space. Close enough to fun things to do, but still rural enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

It was a beautiful cabin! We really enjoyed the weekend. The cabin was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean, had everything you could need in the kitchen. The hot tub, fire pit, deck, and pool table were enjoyed by all.

Memorial Day Family Vacation

The cabin is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. We loved the cooktop burner on the grill because it allowed us to cook most everything outside. The back deck is huge and was a great place to hang out, even in the rain, because it’s partially covered. The fire pit is perfect and there was wood available. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. One thing to be aware of is that the power went out during our stay but came back on quickly. I think that happens sometimes because when we arrived, the digital clocks were flashing. The hill to get up to the cabin is a little steep so you need to have some momentum. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

Relaxing

The host was very cordial and friendly. The cabin was very well appointed and we even had a little gift waiting on us. This was our 21st wedding anniversary so the extra touches were very special. The cabin was spotless and comfortable. Very well stocked, just wish we had brought more food and ate more meals at the cabin as the restaurants in Helen were a disappointment. Easy to find but the gravel road does have an incline as the other reviews relieved. Must use wifi as we had no cell phone coverage. That includes Verizon and AT&T. We would stay here again and hope to in the very near future.

Fabulous Cabin

I stayed 7 days with my family and 2 dogs, we had a great time! Cabin had everything we needed and loved the location. It felt secluded but still close enough to everything. The cabin was super clean and beautiful! I definitely recommend!

Lovely cabin in the woods

We really enjoyed this property - the house was clean and spacious & had lovely decorations up for the holidays. We only made a few meals in the cabin, but found that the space had all of the kitchen items we needed to make a simple meal. The cabin is within a 15-20 minute drive of multiple destinations that would appeal to out-of-town guests wanting to explore the mountains. We also appreciated that there were several surprise food/beverage items placed in the fridge for our arrival. Would highly recommend this property - we will consider it the next time our travels lead us out this way again!!

Amazing cabin!!

I can’t say enough about our stay! We had 3 adults and 2 kids (16&13), and had plenty of space. Loved the outside space especially the fire pit! The owners provided firewood on property and we had a bonfire every night we were there! Don (the owner) provided us with cabin info prior to our check in and also checked on us during our departure. My family and I were very pleased with our visit and with Don. We will definitely rent this property again!

Peaceful

We loved this property! The house has everything you can need! We enjoyed coffee on the back deck every morning. Just a short drive to Helen and Anna Ruby Falls. But out far enough that you feel like you are in your own forest retreat! Beautiful and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

True spot for Total Relaxation

We enjoyed everything about this property, the three levels of living space, expansive rear deck for outside enjoyment, the front porch for morning coffee, it was a short commute for all the things to do with family. We will be looking forward to a return adventure with this property

Relaxing Beautiful Private Cabin

We loved everything about our stay and we will definitely be back. From the wonderful wooded view to the comfortable furnishings, our stay was perfect. The property manager made our arrival easy and seamless. While we went into Helen a few times, the cabin was so nice we spent most of our time cooking out and relaxing on the huge upper deck. The game room was a great bonus and we spent quite a few hours shooting pool. The king size beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware we would possibly need. So we have to give this stay a 10/10
