Perfectly situated along the shoreline, this retreat features a private balcony with stunning ocean views, ideal for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply unwinding to the sound of the waves.

Spend your days enjoying the oceanfront pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or taking a leisurely walk to the beach using the wheelchair-accessible boardwalk—making the shoreline easily reachable for all guests.

Inside, the condo is thoughtfully cared for and designed with comfort in mind, providing a clean, welcoming space to recharge after a day in the sun. You'll also have access to a well-equipped fitness center, convenient on-site ice machine, and a variety of community amenities that enhance your stay. This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Whether you're looking for peaceful relaxation or fun-filled days by the water, this oceanfront condo delivers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Things to Know
No dedicated parking spot. There are some open spots on the second level and plenty of overflow spots across the street for peak times.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Check in was a breeze and we were delighted to find this condo exactly as it was pictured and described. Spotlessly clean, which is the first thing I check when we arrive at a vacation rental. Thermostat and air both work great, beds and linens were great, so we were always comfortable. Can’t beat the view, the short walk to the beach, and the amenities. Conveniently located with lots of dining, entertainment, and tourist activities nearby. We didn’t cook in the unit, but the kitchen was very well stocked, so we would have had everything we needed if we had wanted to cook. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this building and this unit in particular to anyone. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again on future visits.

The location and the condo was just what we were looking for. We enjuyed ourselves. The only things that could be better-instruction on how to use the lock on the door. Also, the kitchen could use updating to the pots and pans and the toilets could be upgraded

Great condo with just what you need!

This unit was very nice, spacious, clean, and well stocked. Everything was just as it was portrayed in the photos - gorgeous ocean view and all! The only few nuisances were the parking (very limited and VERY tight, but the listing was up front about this so it wasn't a problem for us); the lack of cell phone service on the property (Verizon); slow draining shower and sink (probably just needs some Drain-o); and the 10-digit long door code that we had to get out our phones and look at every time because we couldn't remember it all! Over all, we would absolutely recommend and would stay again in the future!

The location was perfect. The bunk beds were cute and comfortable for the kids. Front door did not auto lock however, only would manual lock from the inside. The trim on the bottom was messed up. Some dishes were sandy/dirty had to rewash. Dryer is broken. Vent will not fit in, got clothes all messy once used. Washer made clothes stink.

Great view — WiFi problems, dryer is bad, staff didn’t seem to engaged in addressing

The view was great and the condo itself was what we expected. However, we were very disappointed to encounter a couple of issues that have shown up in other reviews of this property since April. 1. The WiFi password provided in the welcome text and in the Vacasa app was not correct. I reached out I t he very first day and was advised that local staff would come into the property to troubleshoot. I advised multiple times that I wasn’t sure if the WiFi was functional or not it because the password is wrong. In addition, the TV in bedroom would not work because it was not connected to the internet. No one came into the property to help until the evening before our last day at 6:30pm. We then received an email telling us g us it was working with a slightly different password. There was not even an acknowledgment that the password was wrong. While it seems like WiFi in a condo on vacation shouldn’t be a big deal, there was very little service for our phones and we had kids with us who could not watch tv or connect their devices due to the issue. I reached out each of the first 3 days of our stay before someone came right before our last day. 2. The dryer does not appropriately dry clothes and takes several cycles to dry a load. In addition, it squeaks very loudly and sounds as if it’s going out. I was most disappointed to find that multiple other visitors have left similar reviews in the last 60-90 days and clearly nothing g has been done to address these issues.

Condo has a great view…. Bad communication and support from management company.

The condo was as expected with real nice views. Unfortunately, there were issues that showed up in previous reviews that we experienced as well. 1. The WiFi would not connect and we reached out on day 1 to ask for help. We were advised that someone would come and check on this for us. We continued to reach out on Days 2 and 3 before someone finally came in on our last evening to check the WiFi. I had mentioned several times that the password provided in the Vacasa app and the text message sent to us was not working. After they entered the property o our last evening, we received and email with a new version of the password but no acknowledgment that the password was wrong. Only that it was working properly and the new version of the password. WiFi probably seems like an odd concern on a beach trip. The reason for this concern is that there was not good cell service in the condo and the tvs would not work.2. The dryer was super loud and did not dry clothes properly. We had to repeat the drying process for all loads at least 3 times and they were not large loads. And it was so loud that we had to dry clothes while we were not in the condo because of how loud it was.3. Overall communication by Vacasa. While they have a nice app and will text message with you for support, they do not do a good job of acknowledging and providing solutions. Everything was essentially, “we will add a note” and “we ah e updated our local staff”. It was not a personalized support at all.
