Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as; fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. There's also Lost Key Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course. Let's not forget the local flavors to be enjoyed at the many restaurants serving our fresh caught seafood.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We loved the view and easy access to the beach! It was clean and a great place for our family to stay. Kids had fun in the pool, parking was easy, and it was a great location with restuarants close by.

Perfect stay

10/10 would stay again! It had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable, top floor and beach-side with easy access, and great location. This was our favorite beach stay so far!

Wanted to share a little feedback with you about our experience that has made our stay less comfortable than previous years. First off the fishy smell in the condo that was coming from the refrigerator, which we do appreciate the compensation for that issue but no one ever came to clean it so we had to make a trip to purchase a baking soda deodorizer to put in the fridge. That didn’t help btw. Also, had we known the pool area wld be shut down and that we wld have to leave our vehicle in an uncovered lot, across the street, we wld have reconsidered booking with Windermere. We have stayed several years prior and never had any issues. This trip has made us reconsider ever booking with Windermere in the future.

Great location and beach views

This condo has a perfect location!! You have a great view of the beach, easy beach access and easy access to lots of close by restaurants in Perdido Key, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Great place to stay for a visit to the beach!

Very nice stay

The condo was very nice. Views were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night listening to the water and looking at the stars. So peaceful and relaxing.

Great beach condo

The location of the condo can't be beat! There are plenty of restaurants nearby, in Orange beach and in Gulf shores. The beach was nice and quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. The balcony affords fabulous views!
