BEDROOM 1:
Downstairs Master Bedroom. It has a queen-sized bed, private bathroom with stand-up tile shower, TV with cable and closet.

BEDROOM 2:
Upstairs Master Bedroom. It has a king-sized bed, closet, TV with cable and streaming capability, private bathroom with double vanity, stand-up tile shower and clawfoot tub. This bathroom is large enough to be shared. Pack 'n Play provided in closet with fitted sheets.

BEDROOM 3:
Upstairs bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds and closet. It shares a hallway full bathroom with stand- up tile shower and a double bowl vanity. This bathroom is HUGE!

BEDROOM 4:
Upstairs bedroom with 2 twin-sized bunkbeds and a queen-sized bed customized for the cozy nook. There is a closet and a TV with cable and streaming capability. It shares a hallway full bathroom with Bedroom 3. Kids will LOVE sleepovers in this room!

COZY NOOK:
Queen-sized bed customized in a small nook between bedroom's 2 and 3. This space is cozy and unique, a place to snuggle up or send the kids to tell ghost stories!

TWIN LOUNGER:
Twin-sized bed built in the common area at the top of the steps. This space is ideal for relaxing while overlooking the backyard or reading a good book. Sleeps 1 person.

BATHROOMS:
-Bathroom 1 is downstairs with single vanity and tile stand-up shower.
-Bathroom 2 is upstairs with double bowl vanity, tile stand-up shower and clawfoot tub.
-Bathroom 3 is upstairs with double bowl vanity and tile stand-up shower.
*Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, mouthwash and toothpaste will be supplied by the host. Extra towels will be provided.

Super fast and reliable internet connection and cable TV (3 of the 4 televisions are Smart TV's and offer streaming capabilities).

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Blue Jay Bungalow offers ample parking (10+ cars), a sprawling yard for games (Cornhole, KanJam, and Ladder Ball all provided), an extra large party deck with sofa/chairs and table, gas BBQ grill and string lights on the barns for an enjoyable night under the stars.

Custom built, locally made dining room table created from a 1950's recycled dance floor comfortably seats 12 people.

This is a fully stocked farmhouse kitchen with everything you need to cook, even the largest of meals.

Guest Access will be granted after the tenant acknowledges, signs and returns the house rules contract.
Other things to note
There is a construction site next door and there will be construction during the time frames of (Monday-Friday) 7am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm). the construction site is visible from the deck. The home sits on a thorough-way street.
