Beautiful 2 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Walking Distance To Indianapolis Motor Speedway

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is my own personal house.

It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which is perfect for race weekend. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and bars on Main Street in Speedway. Beautiful fenced in backyard with a ton of room for activities as well as a large front porch. My home is updated with the newest of amenities. 2 furnished bedrooms (Queen bed & Full bed), the couch folds down into a futon, and an air mattress will provided as well. My only ask is that you’re respectful of my space and belongings during your stay. I can be flexible with check-in/check-out times, just message me.

Fantastic stay

Lovely place that was super-comfortable and convenient for our family. Host is helpful and responsive. Can’t beat the location if you’re visiting Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and the downtown Speedway restaurants are right there, too.

Family trip to the Indianapolis 500

It is a delightful residence in a friendly neighborhood. The owner lives there and has made many improvements, so that it is a very warm and comfortable home. It is a pleasant walk to downtown Speedway and to the IMS track. The addition of a very nice cafe and bakery two blocks away has added to the neighborhood.

Race Day Weekend 2024

The host was very responsive and hospitable and her home was perfect for our group with three full baths and numerous beds and inflatable sleeping beds. Moreover, we would gladly rent this facility again.

NASCAR - Brickyard Weekend

Very current, up to date, clean house. Highly recommend. Awesome shower bathroom ; extremely comfortable couch. Nice, safe location. Close to racetrack and other convenient restaurants, businesses. If ever in Indiana again, would re-rent.

Disappointed

First off in description it is not disclosed that it’s your full time residence. You did not disclose you have a dog. Place was not very clean. Your fridge was full of your personal items leaving little room for us to bring in food. My granddaughter is allergic to dogs. So lots of Benadryl and sneezing. The couch is where your dog must hang out by the amount of hair on it. Floor needed a good cleaning and that was evident by the spoilage in front of the stove. It would have been helpful for you to let us know to bring toilet paper as there were only 2 half rolls and 7 people. We were in town for a funeral and luckily had family close by that we could spend all our time there and only came back to sleep. I really hate to complain but what I paid for two nights was already high and then to have to issues not disclosed in the listing was just bad business. Wish you the best going forward.

Hello James, I’m very sorry to hear that this was your experience. At any point had you messaged me with your concerns I would have been happy to assist you with your stay. I am very responsive. The check-in instructions and property description state that it is my full time residence & I would’ve been happy to let you cancel if that is something you’re not comfortable with. I take pride in sharing my home. The house is thoroughly cleaned by professional cleaners before each stay. I do have a dog, but again she is removed from the home and the house is thoroughly cleaned. A couch protector is placed on the couch that she does not use to help prevent against spills, stains, and pet hair. Each bathroom had 2 brand new mega rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper which is plenty for a two day stay, however should you need more I would have been happy to assist in providing instructions on where more is located. The fridge does have personal items, however there is always empty shelves for items for guests. I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your experience. I have been renting my house for over 1 1/2 years and have never had anyone with a bad experience. In the future, if you’re not enjoying your stay please let the host know so that they can be proactive and provide assistance. There was a gaming convention in town this weekend, which is why the date was higher than normal. The rates change based on the market review. Vrbo automatically updates the rates.
