The Space:
Morning light filters through the windows of this spacious downtown Indianapolis retreat, set within the historic W.H. Block building. After a day exploring the city’s museums, restaurants, and lively streets, you return to an inviting living space where there’s room to stretch out, share a meal, or settle in for a relaxed evening. In the cooler early spring season, the warmth of the apartment and the buzz of downtown just outside create a comfortable base for experiencing the city.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across 1,800 sq. ft., the apartment accommodates up to eight guests with two bedrooms and three beds. Each bedroom features a queen bed with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage to help you settle in comfortably. Two bathrooms include a bathtub, hot water, and bathroom essentials, making it easy for groups to start the day or unwind in the evening.
Living space
The large living area invites you to gather after a day out in the city - whether you’re streaming something on the TV, sharing stories from the day, or simply relaxing together. Air conditioning and heating keep the temperature comfortable year-round, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace offer convenience for those balancing travel with remote work.
Kitchen & dining
The apartment includes a full kitchen and dining table, giving you the option to prepare meals and enjoy them together before heading out to explore downtown. Whether it’s a quick breakfast before meetings or a quiet dinner after an event at the nearby convention center, the space makes dining in easy.
Building amenities & access
Located in the iconic W.H. Block building, the apartment provides elevator access and access to a shared gym in building with exercise equipment. Guests can enjoy the convenience of self check-in using a smart lock, allowing for a smooth and flexible arrival.
Parking & location
Paid parking on premises and a paid parking lot off premises provide options for those traveling with a vehicle. The building connects directly to the Indianapolis Skywalk, making it easy to navigate downtown in cooler weather while accessing nearby attractions, dining, and entertainment. The convention center, museums, and a variety of restaurants are all within easy reach.
Practical comforts
A washer and dryer in the unit make longer stays simple, while thoughtful home features such as a smoke alarm and exterior security cameras on property contribute to a comfortable stay. Entry is granted through a smart lock. Code with be provided before check-in.
Other Things to Note:
Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay
Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.
1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.
2. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.
3. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. . Guest will not receive refund for stay.*
6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $300 to replace
Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.
PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building.
