Dining room with a fireplace and table that seats up to 14 people. Sunny and cozy living room off the kitchen with a round dining table. Large Great Room with 10' ceilings, fireplace, french doors to stone patio and firepit. Another smaller living room with a gas fireplace. Large front yard. Ample parking.

We had a great stay in Marblehead with our extended family during our wedding weekend. This house was extremely comfortable and plenty of space for adults and children. Great home for family gatherings and includes all the amenities you would need and more. The beds were extremely comfortable and had some wonderful days and evenings enjoying the outdoor areas. Mark was great with communication and would stay/recommend to anyone in the future!

Overall this was a great house for our family! Mark was very communicative from the very beginning and even met a repairman at the house to troubleshoot an issue we had with the dishwasher working properly. The location was excellent - close to the beach and walking distance to downtown Marblehead. The only knock on the property was cleanliness. Most of the dishes/pots/pans we pulled out to use had to be washed before we used them. We also had to wear shoes in the house because the floors were very dirty. A good scrubbing and this definitely would have been a 5 star stay.

I’m sorry that you felt cleanliness to be an issue at our home. It sort of confuses me as the last people in the house before you arrived was the cleaning crew who thoroughly vacuum and mop the floors as the last thing they do on the way out. Dirty dishes, pots, and pans also a little surprising as it is our home and we, like you, do not enjoy eating from dirty dishes. All feedback is helpful, so Thankyou. We do have a brand new dishwasher now so will really put it to work. I am glad you enjoyed your stay.
