- No pets allowed ($500 fine)
- Shower before using the hot tub; please sign hot tub disclosure
- Security: unique code provided; doorbell camera monitored only at check-in to assist
- Indoor fireplace not available; please use outdoor fire pit
- Boats available at own risk; Please wear life vests
- No subletting or mail delivery. Exercise equipment at own risk. $200 fee for excessive dirtiness. ESAs allowed with permission ($450 refundable fee + $35/day)
