Bedroom 1: Private primary bedroom on the first floor with a premium king bed and ample seating. En-suite bath with a large rainfall shower and spa tub. Walk-in closet with washer and dryer.



Bedroom 2: First floor private bedroom with a premium queen bed and ample closet space.



Bedroom 3: Lofted bedroom with an organic queen mattress and access to a yoga space for meditation and rejuvenation. Note: The upstairs bedroom is an open loft into the main room

POND: Enjoy kayaking, fishing, and drinks by the pond. Includes kayaks, canoe, life jackets, hammock, and fire pit with wood provided.



HOT TUB: Private 6-person hot tub with year-round availability. Outdoor shower also provided.



OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious deck with stunning view, comfortable seating, and gas grill.



INDOOR LIVING: Open layout, dining table, lofted yoga space, full bathroom. AC and heating throughout.



KITCHEN: Fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and various kitchen essentials.



COFFEE STATION: Burr grinder, drip pot, French press, regular and decaf coffee and tea provided.



ENTERTAINMENT: Game room, 50” 4K Smart TV with Netflix, and badminton set.



YOGA ROOM: Yoga mats, blocks, and accessories provided.



GYM ROOM: Exercise equipment and private office desk.



PARKING: Space for multiple cars, 2-car garage. Early parking/bag storage available.

- No pets allowed ($500 fine)
- Shower before using the hot tub; please sign hot tub disclosure
- Security: unique code provided; doorbell camera monitored only at check-in to assist
- Indoor fireplace not available; please use outdoor fire pit
- Boats available at own risk; Please wear life vests
- No subletting or mail delivery. Exercise equipment at own risk. $200 fee for excessive dirtiness. ESAs allowed with permission ($450 refundable fee + $35/day)

Peaceful fun

Our family had a fabulous time in this lovely home! Beautifully appointed, gorgeous view, fun on the pond, relaxing in the hot tub … couldn’t have been better! We’re already thinking about a return trip!!

Nice property on the lake

We had a lovely time in the house. THe entire house looks out on the lake including th emaster bedroom. Highly recommend!

A refuge while moving

The house was in a beautiful, quiet location with an amazing view the pond. Morning and evening mists over the water, a little island in the middle, peaceful. Very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was quick to communicate if we had any questions.
