Aloha & Welcome to our stunning condo located at the Kuilima Condos at Turtle Bay, on the North Shore of Oahu.
Our condo is the perfect destination for those seeking a luxurious and relaxing vacation in paradise with two Split AC units that keeps the place cool throughout. Also featuring dimmable lights in the whole home to create a comfortable atmosphere.
With world-class surfing just minutes away, you’ll be able to catch some of the best waves of your life.

Our unit is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The living room features a spacious & comfy leather couch, a big Smart TV, Split AC, wifi, large windows/sliding doors that let in plenty of natural light and a dining table. In the living room we also have a Queen Murphy bed to fit comfortably 4 people total in the unit.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You’ll find a large fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker & toaster.

The bedroom features a sumptuous King Cal bed with high-quality linens, Split AC, Smart TV and closet space for your belongings. In the closet there are some beach equipment such as beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels.
The bathroom is clean and modern, with a jacuzzi bathtub and shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash are provided.

Outside, you’ll find a private grass area where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the famous Turtle Bay Golf course.
The condo complex also features an amazing swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickle ball courts, BBQ area, outdoor showers and a walking path to the beach.

To enhance your stay, we provide you with a comprehensive Guest Book that contains all the information you need to know about our property and the surrounding area. You’ll find check-in/check-out instructions, house rules, and most importantly: recommendations for dining, shopping, adventures, and beaches! You’ll also receive discounts with select businesses including shark diving and a boutique store. Any damage or needed repair must be reported within the same day so property manager can do their best to resolve things as soon as possible.

Perfect Stay!

We loved our stay! Everything was as described in the listing. Clean, comfortable, awesome location and towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for the beach. We would stay here again!

Believe the reviews - it’s everything you need

Bright and charming spot that was exactly as pictured in the listing. We had everything we needed for beach and leisure time and a great spot to rest when the sun caught up with us. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the dual-AC was a necessity. An easy walk to the beach or the resort (and, even better, a 7-minute drive to the Kahuku Sugar Mill). The best review I can give is that we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comforts of home

Great location and an assigned parking stall is wonderful! Loved the keyless entries. Fully equipped kitchen just needs a rice paddle. Overall, great place to stay.

Amazing north shore stay

Place has everything you need. In such an amazing location. I never felt at need for anything and david was incredibly responsive with any questions i had. Property is freshly remodeled and amazing quality. Will be back again

Super clean and quiet

The unit was well-equipped, very clean, and provided a lot of extras like beach chairs, beach towels, tennis rackets, great kitchen and cooking supplies. The unit has been tastefully remodeled and is very comfortable.

Extremely clean and well appointed condo!

We stayed 5 nights and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Beds were very comfortable, and owners provided every possible amenity you could think of (even hydroflask water bottles)! The unit was clean and quiet and the property manager responded promptly with anything we needed. Will definitely be coming back to this unit!

Turtle Bay Birthday

I lived on island for four years and stayed at David's condo for my birthday weekend. He was quick and efficient with his responses and was very kind and helpful. There was a little bit mix up with the laundry when we arrived, and David was responsive and efficient in addressing the matter. This space was so clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. I walked to the resort for coffee every morning and it was such a quick easy walk. I absolutely loved my stay and David was an amazing host!

Wonderful!

Property was exactly as pictured, super clean, beautifully updated and decorated, stocked with everything you need! We enjoyed everything about this place and would highly recommend. We loved having a washer and dryer, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, easy entrance and parking, lovely linens, kitchen well stocked with equipment, ice maker in fridge, and overall awesome. We enjoyed going to Waimea Bay, Waimea Falls, sunsets at the Turtle Bay Hotel, Sunset Beach, Ted’s Bakery (get the Haupia Pie) dinner at Roy’s beach house, driving into Haleiwa, Matsumoto shave ice, cholo’s, shopping, and going to food trucks (Huli Huli Chicken). Also Foodland for groceries. We visit almost every year, and North Shore is the best! This is a great property and all communication was easy and straightforward.

An Outstanding Place

This is an excellent property. It is extremely clean, well-furnished, and in a great location. I highly recommended it for a comfortable and worry-free stay. The unit was ideal. It had every convenience we could have wanted a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach gear in the unit The property's manager is quick to respond to any question. It was a short walk to the basketball/ tennis courts and the pool was the ideal temperature! The hotel and beach could be reached on foot from the serene and well-kept grounds. We appreciate you letting us use your beautiful vacation place It was perfect for our trip to the North Shore We will happily stay here again and highly recommend it to any traveler because the accommodations were excellent.

Clean and well stocked

This place was clean and well stocked. I needed to wash a pillowcase and sometimes afraid of what you'll find underneath. Pleasantly surprised to find a clean zippered cover underneath! Same with the bed. Also stocked with good basic coffee, enough TP including for our runny noses and was better-than-average 2-ply! Even the dishes all seemed clean on the first attempt! Wish there were xtra trash bags (small) for the bathroom so i could take the trash out frequently/easily. The grassy lawn out back was large and great for our kids to play. Just watch out for deep pits in the grass - it looks level but sinks down deep in places and could definitely twist an ankle. The pool was warm and sufficient chairs & shade. Wonderful place to stay! I recommend booking here.

Family vacation

We were looking for a beautiful condo but somewhat out of the tourist hustle and bustle. This condo is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It is exactly as described, the kitchen is extremely well equipped which was great for cooking in some. This condo meet all of our needs. David (property manager) was so very nice and easy to work with. We had a couple of questions and he was extremely prompt in getting in touch with us. It overlooks a beautiful Golf course, the beach is beautiful and the water is gorgeous!! We loved watching the turtles. Lei lei’s restaurant and bar is fantastic, and child friendly. Turtle bay resort is beautiful!!!!! Haleiwa is just a short scenic drive to lots of little shops and places to eat and many food trucks. The Blue wave food truck had fantastic shrimp. Wiki is a short 45 minute scenic drive you will want to take. We would definitely rent this again and recommend to our family and friends. It will not disappoint you.

My family had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Much better than a hotel room after a long day at the beach. The property had everything we needed for our week-long vacation. Hopefully we can return in the near future.

Best rental I’ve stayed in

The unit was equipped with everything you need and in great condition. The place is clean with simple minimalistic decor. They really thought about the possibilities of what people may need including pool toys, beach chairs/umbrella that are in great condition. They even provide shampoo/conditioner and body wash. I felt like it was an extension of my own home as they had everything I needed. Will definitely be returning.

Great location

Great location and 2 air conditionings. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. Very important to northerners as we are not used to the heat. Kitchen has everything you could need. Very gracious host as they even provide coffee for the Keurig. Only down side was the low flow shower head. The first half of our stay was peaceful. The second half we had pretty noisy upstairs neighbors but this is not the fault of the property. Beautiful golf course view and less than a 5 minute drive to Turtle Head beach. Parking is included and assigned which is amazing in Hawaii. The fruit stand up the road was amazing and not far from a grocery if you prefer to make any of your meals.

Perfect Aloha Stay

Communication with the property owner was excellent and they promptly responded. The home itself is cool and very comfortable. We loved spending our time here. After spending the day at the beach coming back to a wonderful cool house was wonderful. We will be staying here again in the future.

Wonderful place! Quiet, clean, spacious, well stocked

We traveled here for 5 nights in April. My husband, our 2 kids (ages 7&12) and myself were so comfortable here. The condo was spotless, well stocked with extra kitchen items, towels, linens, etc. The A/C worked great, we loved the little pools, proximity to Kahuku food trucks and bakery, gorgeous beaches abound within minutes in either direction. The whole complex was so quiet and smelled of gardenias. We cannot wait to come back to the north shore and would happily re-book this exact unit. Bonus was the closet stocked with snorkel gear, a boogie board, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Loved it all so much, thanks!
