We were able to go straight to the home without a check in process. The house was clean and in good shape. There was an issue with the HVAC system but Brittany communicated that clearly and offered some alternatives to make the stay more comfortable.

Gorgeous cabin with all your kitchen needs

The cabin is in a beautiful setting on top of a mountain. The beds are very comfortable in all the rooms. Plenty to do at the cabin, pool table and many games. Inside pool and outdoor pool onsite. Close to everything in Sievervolle, Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The hosts are close to the phones and answer quickly. It was the perfect place for our family if 16. Perfect in everyway Gatlinburg.

We did not get room we reserved. Thermostat was out. We had already started moving in. They tried to contact us at 4:36. We started moving in about 4:20. Was busing unloading and didn’t get message until we called to find out why temp wasn’t going down. Was told we need to move We felt like new place was okay but not as nice as one we booked. Other than that it was fine.
