This condo is located in Kahana and was not affected by the recent Lahaina fire. Your visit will help Maui heal and rebuild after the fires. West Maui has come back to life. Many restaurants, excursions, and shops have re-opened. Our beaches, waterfalls and hikes are not crowded and as beautiful as ever. The workers on Maui want and need to go back to work. Although The condo does not have AC, but that is not necessary as closing the windows for A/C cuts you off from the sound of the ocean. The building is situated so the trade winds and ceiling fans throughout keep you comfortable. After a long day at the beach and pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower and toss your sandy swimsuits into the private washer and dryer. Board games are also available for a cozy evening in, and the solid walls in both bedrooms offer extra privacy for guests.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
