The kitchen was fully stocked and had many extras. There was an extra refrigerator. The bedrooms were perfect and the downstairs shower was really nice. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for us to use the backyard and fire pit, but we enjoyed mornings on the front deck.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and comfortable and super close to Main Street, which was nice. It's handy having a CVS and a market very close by as well! Thank you for everything David and Evelyn - and for allowing us to stay an extra 2 days!

Beautiful home and perfect extended family gathering place. Convenient walk to town and beach, and convenient to drive to all Cape Cod destinations. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas to enjoy time together.

Week before summer season started

The house was big enough for seven of us. Kitchen well appointed. Nice outdoor shower. The yard was small but pretty and well maintained. Beautiful large front porch.We very much enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Lots of natural light and windows. Could walk to CVS and grocery store across the street which was convenient. Close to downtown shops and little beach in walking distance. The street was busy but quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Lots of space & walkable to restaurants, shops

We enjoyed having lots of space and being able to walk to many restaurants & shops. Well stocked kitchen. Parking right at the door. Bikes & beach chairs were provided. Communication with owner was very good; always responsive. Nice stay in Chatham.

July 4th in Chatham

Excellent location! Walkable sidewalks to Downtown Chatham, Oyster Pond as well as Chatham Market & CVS for any last minute provisions. The home is very spacious, you could easily stay with multiple families. We enjoyed the private backyard & making s'mores around the fire pit.

Great Thanksgiving week of fun

It was a wonderful get together with all three of our kids, plus the three grandkids. We visited other family who have houses in Chatham, and hosted one night of festivities. The house has a wonderful kitchen fully equipped and the bedrooms were great. Could have used a little more living room, but everyone had a great time!

Great comfortable house

Great house. Not a down note, just a note…we were all on the “older” side and there are a lot of stairs. Just a heads up😂 Very clean, well equipped and great relaxation spots, inside and out.

Chatham Vacation

The house was perfect for our group of 6. Location was walkable to Chatham main street and also to a small beach. Also a great, central location for visiting other areas of the Cape.

Family getaway

The home is very spacious and set up well for a family vacation of 8 adults. The location is perfect walking distance to a market, downtown area shops/restaurants and a small beach at oyster pond. Only downside was we had 2 small children with us that were playing on the floor in the kitchen and living areas which was very visibly dirty. Otherwise, all amenities were great.

Perfect central hub for exploring Cape Cod

This was the perfect stay for our 2 families (4 kids and 4 adults). We explored Chatham, then had several day trips to Provincetown for whale watching, Boston for all the touristy things, Salem for a history and haunting tour, and ferried to Nantucket to ride bikes to a beach and brewery. It was a busy week! The house was well equipped, clean, and we really loved being able to walk to the grocery store, cvs, the adorable Main Street of Chatham, and Oyster Pond beach for sunsets. The owners were quick to respond. We loved our week in Cape Cod. Thank you!

Excellent Location in Chatham

This was a wonderful property and location in Chatham. The downtown was right around the corner. There are amazing restaurants everywhere. The property had plenty of room, a great wrap around porch and fire pit in the backyard. Our family loved our stay and will book again.

Ladies long weekend at the Cape

My five friends and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at your beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect, we could not have chosen better. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The outside deck and other areas were beautiful. We all enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time exploring the area. Lighthouses, wine tasting and restaurants kept us busy! Lots of laughs and lots of photos to create memories to last a lifetime! The listing complete with photos was true and the actual house was better than expected when we arrived. The kitchen was amazing and the beds were all very comfortable. We would certainly book this house again. It was an exceptional weekend! Perfect landing spot.

Any time there is a grocery store almost across the street from where you are staying, you know you're going to be okay. Everyone in my group felt at home here and wanted to come back another time.

It was very easy to work with and communicate with owners. House is set up well for a large family with plentiful bedrooms and separation between bedrooms and living areas. Walkable to town, grocery store and pond. Very quiet. An enjoyable stay.

A Great Cape Getaway

Cannot say enough good things about this property & the owners- super accessible, lots of great space to relax in, amenities were fantastic, and the location near downtown Chatham and the water couldn't be beat. We spent three nights here in the offseason for a much needed break and would definitely go back!

Evelyn and I (with our 3 children) live full time in Lexington, MA. We decided to purchase a vacation home in Chatham, MA because of the short access from Boston. Chatham has all the charm and beauty as Nantucket Island has which is where we married. It just so happens Chatham is so much easier to get to than Nantucket! This was our first purchase and because of the experience and the quality of life we have had vacationing in Chatham we have pursued additional properties and decided to create a business around vacation rentals that caters to families and friends that want to enjoy Chatham and the surrounding area while also staying in professional quality, clean and well stocked lodgings that are within a short distance to sightseeing and Chatham Downtown. Choosing this property and location was important because of the access to the town center, Chatham A's semi-pro baseball, access to the beach and fine restaurants. Of course, the house itself is the 'main' attraction which consists of high quality building materials and an open floor plan. It is perfect for a long weekend or those weeks when you have the whole extended family coming down for the week! It is still the best deal in town around the Oyster Pond Ocean Inlet & Downtown access points!

The wrap around porch provides 'lots' of areas for the kids to eat or just relax with puzzles and games. The kids really like the walk-out bonus room downstairs when they want to watch a movie or just get away from the parents! The property location really is unique based on the beauty, quality and openness it offers. Many folks have commented on it as a 'Beach House'. And the location, so close to town and the beach, have made this a fantastic rental property.
