Mid-century house is a peaceful and tranquil. Enjoy the sunshine garden view with palm trees, roses, and cactuses while relaxing in the living room. The house is mid century decorated for 2 bedrooms 2 baths. The kitchen has cooking utensils for you to prepare a meal. Safe neighborhood and private entrance with driveway parking! Owner is living the other side of the house but won’t share the entrance or front yard with you.

Other Things to Note:
To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.

We love welcoming pets at no additional cost! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow our pet guidelines:
1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding.
2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces.
3. Breed approval required – Kindly mention your pet’s breed when booking for approval.
4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.

Small but quaint and clean stay

We (4 adults) stayed over the New Year holiday for 4 nights and the accommodations worked out perfectly. Location was central to everything we needed to do so very convenient.

Really inconvenient checkin process

I had to pay and then confirm payment and unnecessary details within checkin portal external From vrbo. The house was ok- it was clean. Just really old features. Very outdated. The oven for example was from the 1950s and took 1.5 hours to heat up a precooked meal. Not very accommodating overall.

Beware - awful experience.

Writing this review as someone in their 40s that grew up in the Bay Area. This experience was just terrible. Spent three nights with my wife over Christmas here. First night neighbor sharing the wall on other side was moving stuff and kept us up from midnight to 3am. Shower Tub was badly clogged. They did come out next day to fix that in addition to the pilot lites not working on the stove top. We asked them to check the oven as the other reviews warned it takes hours to heat up. They told us it was checked and working well we had my parents over Christmas Day for brunch and the egg casserole we made took 3 times longer than it should to heat up. If you’re going to charge what you do I would hope: 1. That you provide more than one roll of paper towels. 2. Provide basic essentials we had to ask a neighbor to borrow a wine opener of all things. 3. The owner had an outback entrance but also their door is right in the hallway locked however your bedroom door as a guest has no lock. 4. When we described our disappointment with the oven we were told the below - wow…. “Regarding the oven, we appreciate you reporting the oven as not working to us but we had checked it carefully after your stay and it was working properly. We acknowledge that it's an older model and might be unfamiliar to some guests. While since it's not explicitly listed and added as an amenity on our listing on VRBO, we're pleased to offer it as an additional feature for those who may find it useful.”
