Welcome to our contemporary design home on a secluded, private hilltop ridge, only 18 min. to downtown Asheville, 10 min. to downtown Weaverville. Hot Springs, Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, Pisgah, Wolf Ridge Ski, French Broad River, lots more are a short drive away, or take a long relaxing scenic drive along the local roads.
All-paved road & driveway leading to the modern home so you can bring your sports car, bike, or EV, with complimentary Level 2 Tesla fast charger inside the garage!

This beautiful house has luxury modern feel and is loaded with entertainments including cable TVs, ROKU streaming, Sonos sound system, high speed internet, ping-pong table, pool table, a sunroom, and many game boards to keep everyone entertained.

The main level of the house has an open floor plan that connects the living area, the round sunroom, the dining area and the kitchen. It has a good flow and conveys a sense of relaxation and comfort. Kids will love the downstairs game rooms and full kitchen. The upper level features the master bedroom with its own deck and luxurious master bedroom. There is a dramatic bridge leading from the master suite to the second upstairs bedroom, but the railings on this feature have some large openings that make this rental unsuitable for small children. The garage is accessible to store bikes and camping gear.

Other things to note:
NO KIDS UNDER 4 YEARS OLD and NO PETS at this rental due to the gaps in the upstairs railing.
PLEASE - NO SMOKING inside the house.
Please keep all trash bagged and into the garbage cans inside the garage.
Please also be aware that outside of the house, there may be some traffic noise during the day that tapers off to almost nothing after around 6:30 PM.

We were for a family get together. This house definitely exceeded our expectations. Big enough for eight of us. The kitchen was large and seated us all comfortably at the dining table. The house was very clean. Bedrooms were very comfortable and a good size. Communications with our hosts were excellent. Very friendly owners and quick to reply to messages. I highly recommend staying here and enjoy this beautiful home.

Great Getaway Close to Ashville

Loved the property and everything it had to offer. Nice touch with the Sonos system through out the house. AC was nice and cold. Lovely scenery. And the host was very attentive and courteous. Definitely going back .

Amazing Property and Hosts

Hosts were extremely accommodating and easy to get ahold of with requests or questions. The property was very clean and kept up. House was very conferrable with 10 adults, and you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. We had another smaller group come over a couple of nights to cook and hang out and there was still plenty of space for everyone. Would defiantly recommend this house.

Perfect place to reconnect with friends and family

This beautiful home is ideal for a family gathering. With multiple spaces for conversation, play, and rest, everyone in our group felt comfortably at home. The spacious kitchen is easy to work in, with a fantastic island. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the peaceful deck in the evening. Milly was immediately responsive to questions and made checking in and out super-simple and stress- free. We will treasure our time at this gracious home forever!

We loved that this house felt so remote, yet was so close to anything we needed. We had so much space in this house that never felt cramped, even with 9 ladies staying together! It was awesome having a house that sleeps so many and also is comfortable to hang out with that many inside. Would definitely return to this house if life takes me back to the Asheville area!

Girl’s Trip

The house is beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Weaverville is a cute town with nice restaurants and close to Asheville. The road noise does quiet down at night, and we were out during the day so it wasn’t a problem.

Overall a decent house! Rooms on the smaller side for what the pictures portray and only two TVs one in the master bedroom and one on main floor. Dishwasher and washing machine have gotten their use. The fire pit was rotted but as soon as I reached out they replaced it! Also very accommodating with late check out and the host was quick to respond and answer any questions. I would def stay here again.

Winding Ridge Vacation

Winding Ridge house is large with 5 bedrooms, well stocked with essentials, and, is easy to find. The electronic toilet in the upstairs bedroom was a fun surprise! Best of all, the house is close to all sorts of activities, like tubing, rafting, shopping (both in Weaverville and Asheville), and hiking in the moutains. My family had a very good time and would like to come back in the future.

Winding Ridge

Beautiful mountain views, if you can make it around October the colors are breathtaking. About 25 minutes to downtown Asheville, and just 6 minutes away from Madison County Rafting Co. if you enjoy tubing. There is a second full kitchen downstairs. Checkout was very easy and the owner is very responsive.

Magnificent house with an amazing view

The house is magnificent, well located, easily accessible, amazing view, clean, close to supermarkets and restaurants. It has a fireplace inside and another on the balcony, which warmed us a lot this winter. The master bedroom is large and the bathroom is beautiful. The other rooms are a little cramped but it is still an amazing house to enjoy the holiday with our family and friends, we created a very good memory from this stay. Last but not least, Milly a very good hoster, thank you!

The house was very open on the main floor with lots of room to spread out and do different activities. It was great to have the pool table and ping pong table. We did utilize both stoves and refrigerators. Bedroom accommodated all of us. The only improvements I would suggest are dimmer switches on the lights and perhaps a few lamps. A TV on the lower level would be nice, but maybe not to keep kids involved. Host was very responsive. We would book again. Easy to get to places we wanted to visit. Thank you.

Disappointed

I’ll start with some positives. The house is in a quiet and pretty area. It felt very private. It’s easily accessible to downtown Weaverville and Asheville. The primary suite is spacious and has a great shower. Overall, we were disappointed because for the price we expected much better. The pans for cooking were old and dirty. Some of the outlets in kitchen aren’t working. The microwave was not working.There was an iron, but no ironing board. No extra blankets available. Beds were okay, but very firm mattresses. The hot/cold valve was not working correctly in upstairs bath. It would go from warm to ice cold. It is a good house for a large group, but needs some fixing up.

Our team is usually super responsive and would have helped you locate the items you could not find (e.g. ironing board, blankets), fix the microwave, and/or deliver items that may have gone missing.

Great House For Families not seeking Luxury.

Want quiet? Won’t get it here. ROAD NOISE. Day and Night. Big house with roomy kitchen and table and an interesting basement with a kitchen and FULL bathroom, pool table, ping pong table and 2 BDR. Great spot for 2nd family or kids. The bathroom shower upstairs had a non-functioning cold water knob. The master bathroom, however, is magnificent! No dressers for clothes. No lamps in the den and living room. The outdoor furniture was filthy and full of bugs. The property manager responded immediately, however, had no ETA for when staff could come clean it. So, I cleaned it and drained the water off myself.

We are glad that you and your friends were able to celebrate at our house. We pride ourselves with providing a house of utmost cleanliness. We were transparent about the presence of some road noise at the outside balcony, which tapered away in the evening and minimized/insulated inside the house, allowing our guests to enjoy the house for the view and tranquility inside. The outside patio furniture was wet and perhaps had some bugs due to the rain the late afternoon you checked in, we offered to send someone out the next morning to dry and brush, which you declined. We did not receive any call about the non-functioning faucet, however, upon reading the review, we re- validated that all faucets were working fine. The den and living room are well lit with dimmable lights. The master bedroom has an abundance of storage, with two closets (one being a walk-in) with shelves, along with a credenza/dresser in the room itself. Thank you for your visit.

Great location . 20 minutes from Asheville.

This property was nice and spacious. The house was very clean when we arrived. You can definitely hear the traffic outside all day long when you're on the balcony. Bedrooms in the lower level are very small. The ping pong table was a lot of fun. The pool table was to big for the small space it was placed in. If you don't shorten the pool stick you will hit the wall. Property needs an outside grill and patio furniture on the lower deck. A hot tub would be a great addition as well. The house could use a few more kitchen utensils such as a blender and glass baking dishes. The speaks in each main room for music were great, just connect your phone. The smaller rooms do not have a tv. I would recommend bringing an X box or something like that if you want to play games. We left a game behind for future guest in the game closet. The ice maker in both kitchen were not working so I contacted the property manager and she came right out and fixed the main level one. Which was a huge help. (She was wonderful. )We were never able to get ice from the downstairs kitchen ice machine. Overall we had a nice time.

Great house, great management!

Such a beautiful house, and the management company was wonderful, even had coffee, Keurig and drip, paper towels, toilet paper, spices, kitchen stocked with nice cookware. Perfect stay.

Such a beautiful, clean home! We loved coming home after a day touring breweries and the city to this beautiful home. The pool table and ping pong table were so nice. The large kitchen tables in the basement and kitchen were great for group board games and breakfast. We will definitely be back!
