Morning begins with soft light moving across the open property, the modern barndominium architecture setting a relaxed tone before the day fully begins. A short hike or drive from the house, a large stocked pond offers a peaceful setting for fishing or a quiet ride across the water using the Jon boat available for guest use.
Outdoor areas shape much of the stay. The pool provides a place to cool off during the afternoon while the hot tub offers a quiet soak as evening approaches. Nearby, the fire pit creates a comfortable outdoor setting for conversation as the day winds down.

*We do monitor the exterior of the house with surveillance cameras.

*You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
