It also has fabulous master bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in rain shower and his and hers sinks with large closet space with a crib. The second bedroom has a king bed with a twin and full built in bunk with its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The last bedroom features another master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. The loft area provides extra space to lounge, watch TV, and play games. Also here you will find an extra full bathroom.

Outdoors is like your own private resort offering something for everyone from kayaking (1 tandem kayak and 2 paddle boards provided), swimming, lounging around at the pool, relaxing in the pool and enjoy the covered patio area with plenty of seating for everyone in your party. The lake and awesome beach area are perfect for swimming, sun bathing and water activities. Take a stroll on the paddle boards and double kayak to explore the beautiful Lake Oconee. The Pool is Seasonal

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit of $800.00 is secured by a valid credit card which is payable at the time of booking approval or you may purchase a damage waiver.
