Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Rocky River!

The Space:
This amazing century house has been renovated with modern upscale amenities including full kitchen with all new stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, powder room, and walk in shower.

The first bedroom has a king bed with a 55” television and a desk.

The second has a queen bed with a 55” television and a desk.

The third bedroom has a daybed with trundle.

It is a quaint house on the left she of BW campus, 1 block to campus bookstore, Starbucks. Boss Chicken, Mr. Hero, Mikes, and so much more to enjoy!!!!

The house is really cute!! We were only there for a short time due to an event we were in town for and leaving the next day but we would stay here again. The little deck out back is overlooking the river and it is nice out there! The kitchen is very nice and the beds were comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and the host is super fast at responding - very much appreciated them!!

The property is lovely and was perfect in location and amenities for us! Very clean and well stocked. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place in the area.

Charming antique house overlooking the river

My sister and I loved staying here and will come back! The owner was very gracious and accommodating. Very cute house with brand new kitchen and baths!

Lovely kitchen, great location

I absolutely loved every minute in the sunlit kitchen! The neighborhood is picturesque for taking walks, sidewalks make it easy if you are using a stroller, tricycle, etc.Location is perfect for having fun with your kids at the amazing Coe park, driving up to Cleveland, or over to Cuyahoga National Park.

House was Double Booked

Learned at airport on way to Berea that house was double booked and not available for our stay. Host arranged for us to stay one night at a sun-par alternative location. We did at least receive a full refund. Overall communication with the host was poor. We will utilize different options for future stays in Berea.

Hi Raymond, i want to apologize once again for the error in booking that caused a disruption to your travel. As you know, the bookings are performed by VRBO, not the host. That is why VRBO took over resolving this issue and you stopped hearing from me. I want you to know that I did everything in my power to ensure you knew you’d have a comfortable place to stay upon your arrival. I found the best available property for the size of the party and paid for it out of my own pocket. Once VRBO took over the resolution, they also took over communicating with you. That is why you stopped hearing from me after that point. I think we can agree that situation was extremely unfortunate. I wish it hadn’t happened. I truly wish I could have done more. Believe me, if there was anything that could have been done, I would have done it. But it sounds like my best efforts to lessen the disruption were not well received. In the end, I do hope you were able to enjoy some of the time with your family despite the challenging start. Again, my sincerest apologies. Kristen

Need welcome pack with instructions

No information on how to leave the property. Also no instructions on how to use the stovetop which was very confusing. Never got info from VRBO 3 days prior and had to get with hostess for some info

I have been a VRBO host in the past, so I know how difficult it is to have everything satisfactory for every single guest. But honestly, this was the filthiest rental we have ever stayed in. When we walked in the kitchen, the first thing I noticed was that the white kitchen cabinets were covered with dripped sauce. The refrigerator had not been cleaned (inside or out) and there were crumbs and food particles on every refrigerator shelf and in every drawer. The microwave had to be cleaned, inside and out. I'm not sure the toaster oven had EVER been cleaned--so I used brillo pads and tried to get up most of the grime so we could toast our bagels. There was a good amount of long black hair on the white bathroom tile and on the bedroom floor, and even on the comforter in the master bedroom. My niece and I spent the first evening sweeping with a broom and vacuum and then mopping, and what we removed from behind furniture and around the baseboards was disgusting. Even the toilets had not been cleaned thoroughly. The rugs and furniture had very noticeable stains on them, so I cleaned those too (as we were hosting a family reunion). And then, to make matters worse, the disposal did not work. It was a single sink so we had to wipe all the pots with paper towels to keep any food particles from getting into the disposal and clogging up the drain. I ended up washing most of them in the bathroom sink. The house was quiet and in a nice location, but badly in need of cleaning and repair.
