This home is conveniently located only 6 minutes from the airport, 5 mins from the IX center, and 4 minutes from the Cleveland Browns Training Camp. Whether you're visiting Baldwin Wallace University, attending a Cleveland event, or enjoying a nature getaway this is your basecamp for comfort and convenience! The bedrooms are gorgeous, featuring a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Fenced Backyard, ample parking, AC, washer/dry, and WiFi, all your needs will be taken care of.

*Please Note*
You have two designated parking spots in the backyard. If you need more, please let us know in advance. The parking space is shared during the day.

Excellent accommodations for our needs. Check in/out directions clear and communications with Owner responsive and timely. Having lived in Berea for many years, the location was well known to us and felt like 'being home.'

Convenient location

Location was great! We were in town for a wedding at the Columbia Ballroom. Neighborhood is very quiet at night.

Overall great stay. Clean house. Family friendly. Water pressure in kitchen was lacking but good water pressure in shower. Upstairs area a little strange due to roof lines. Shared driveway made it a little difficult to manuever 12 passenger van but would work well wirh smaller vehicle. Close to everything we needed - grocery, pharmacy, food.

Location was quite and private

Relaxing enjoyable time a few family members came by enjoyed family time and my granddaughter and family loved it.

Clean and centrally located

Great property. Very clean. Secure parking. Easy walk into Berea or to BW. Only 20 minutes drive to Aquarium or Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The house was great! I had an extended stay there with my family while working at Baldwin Wallace and this place had lots of the comforts of home. Easy entry, easy parking, very comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked for everything you need to make a meal. Kevon was a super responsive host and very helpful on more than one occasion! We requested a high chair and pack and play ahead of time and he was able to source both for us. Very grateful and would definitely recommend!

Review of stay

We enjoyed are stay at this rental home. We were in town visiting family and friends so we really only were there in the evenings. We did not cook but it looked like the kitchen was stocked. The only thing I didn’t see was a blow dryer. Also, note that this location is on a busy street and has a lot of road noise. But, overall it was great!
