This house was perfect for our group of 7 friends. Great location near the Horse Park, comfortable furnishings, nice indoor & outdoor dining areas for gathering, lots of convenient spots to charge devices. Great communication with host, easy in and out. Terrific experience; would happily stay again. :)

We were in town for the Keeneland races. The property was a 10-15 Uber ride from Keeneland. All beds were super comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. A propane BBQ was in back (which we used). Game room was used after the races each day. Communication with host was very good. Will definitely stay again.

We rented this property for a bachelor party to tour some bourbon distilleries in the area and go to Keenland race track.There were eight of us in the group and we all had our own bed which were divided amongst different rooms. There was a nice pergola and table on the back deck just outside of the kitchen, next to a nice large table in the kitchen, which was adjacent to the living room with the TV. We were all able to spread out yet be close enough for the camaraderie.The host was super communicative from the day I booked the property through checkout. His description of the property and surrounding stores and amenities was accurate and extremely helpful.Without reservation, I would recommend this property for anyone with a large group.

Guy’s Bourbo and Golf Weekend

Communication with owner was great! House was perfect for 8 guys to stay in for a weekend of golf and bourbon tours. Location and amenities were perfect! Would definitely recommend this owner and house!

Great House and Great Stay

Had a bourbon/golf trip and stayed for 3 night. House was great for the group. Cooked in the kitchen and used the patio and grill. Everything was great! Good location to Lexington courses and distilleries.

Great trip

Our group of 7 friends from college came to Lexington to see some horse racing and make a few stops in the Bourbon Trail. This house had the perfect setup and was an easy Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, Keeneland and the airport.

Bourbon Trail Vacation

Went to KY with a few friends to visit the bourbon trail and this home was our home base. It was perfect. Solid central location made it easy to get to several distilleries. Great outdoor seating area allowed us to relax at night and enjoy some drinks. Great kitchen area allowed us to eat several meals at home. And everyone commented on how comfortable the beds are. And the check-in/check-out process couldn't have been easier. Overall, great experience.

Successful Weekend

My friends and I were in town to attend the annual RTTH equestrian event. The location of this house was very convenient. Upon arrival we found a spotless house which made our stay very relaxing. Everything we needed was available and we loved the simple easy checkout. Our host was welcoming, and very prompt with responses to any questions and even reached out just to confirm we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home. We had a great time!!

Location

We were looking for a location close to keenland ! Location was great :) the host was wonderful! The house was clean. The seating and lighting in living room , beds , dinning seating was not conducive for our group. I was traveling with my elderly parents .it was totally my fault cause I panicked because there was not alot of homes available for our dates that were affordable and booked without really understanding our living quarters . This house is for young, singles ;)
