Farm with enriched history and landmarks. The Farm House has beautiful views. Enjoy pleasant walks along trails and tour beautiful gardens despersed though-out the farm. Its a 15-20 min. drive to town and local restaurants. A great place to stay if visiting Distilleries. It's located 5 min from Keeneland race track. Enjoy a barbecue with family on the deck, cool off with a swim and enjoy stargazing around a camp fire.

Home is fully functional and very traditional features. Not exactly "updated," per se, but everything worked well & was clean. It was nice to have some local information that was provided and kitchen was stocked with accessories for all that we needed. The home is full of character and welcoming. The location was very lovely and we enjoyed the hiking trail and views. Please note: the roads are very dark at night and very narrow! Thank you for making this home available and sharing the beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful property in a quiet location. House was spacious and fit our needs perfectly. The walking trails on the property were fun to explore. Highly recommend this place if staying in the area.

Quiet & comfortable

This is such a beautifully remodeled house in a wonderfully quiet location. It was perfect for us to visit our favorite spots on Lexington. Would love to come stay again.

Incredibly charming location. Beautifully manicured horse farms all around gorgeous view. very comfortable and clean home, huge fenced in backyard. Our dog loved it.! we were there for our son’s graduation from the University of Kentucky, close to Lexington, but felt like the country. Host provided little extras like coffee and a huge selection of tea small snacks, and condiments you might need for cooking. Very nice touch.

Tranquility

This home on this property is situated so you have a beautiful view of the horse farm in the valley across the creek. You can sit on the deck in the morning and take in the gorgeous sunrise. The house is spacious and well maintained. The property is well maintained also and includes a walking trail that meanders through the adjacent properties. We found this property very tranquil and relaxing. The dining area is a little small but there was just the two of us and our dog so it wasn't an issue for us. Elvia was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again if we return to this area. Really enjoyed the property and the surrounding area.

No Heat

Unfortunately the heater did not work and it was 62 degrees in the house. We notified the owner and she tried to re-set the heater several times. A space heater was provided which we placed in the bedroom of my elderly parents. In the morning the house was 58 degrees. Additionally, the kitchen trash receptacle was full and not discarded from the previous occupants. The owner provided a 30% refund, however, we do not feel that was adequate. We communicated our dissatisfaction with the refunded amount, however she has not respond.

Beautiful property, safe location

Gorgeous property adjoining the VRBO property that you are able to explore. Safe and secure location. House is very spacious but bathroom shower needs to be updated with lighting etc. VRBO listing photos don't do it justice.
