We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every checkout.

*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)

- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

Firstly this was a very sketchy neighborhood. There is an iron gate to the very narrow driveway right off of a busy 4 lane street. I had to pull open the gate, move the car in and push the gate closed behind me every time we left. The awkward drive and narrow garage may have been easier to navigate if the garage clicker was working, but it wasn't. So I had to pull in, get out and enter the garage through the front door to open and close it everytime we left. The neighbors next door woke us up partying from 3am on Friday and Saturday, on Saturday we could hear them screaming and fighting through the thin walls. The house itself was spacious but did not seem professionally cleaned at all and had stains on the couch, rips in a rug, scuffs on the stairs, would never stay again and would not recommend.

Everything was great, there is a leak on your ac return grill. We put a cup so it water would drip in there.

The host was nice, but we did have an issue getting into the Property. This location is in a very sketchy neighborhood. So not recommended for walking around, especially alone. The location was convenient enough for us. Overall the property was clean. But the couch and upholstered benches in the bed room look dirty. It fit our needs with beds and bathrooms. It was okay.

Having. Parking garage was great! The host is so communicative. Bathrooms were very clean. The ceiling and walls were dirty but owner stated they would be addressed after our check out. The rugs were quite dirty although the rooms were obviously clean. Beds are comfortable. Not enough towels in bathrooms or kitchen. Kitchen cookware was all very cheap. Simple fixes could be really nice, like a corkscrew. Oh and having a laundry machine w a toddler was amazing! All in all we were very happy and comfortable. I wouldn’t cook w those pots and pans :( though. No decaf k cups and only 4 regulars for a stay of a family for 4 nights 5 days. The internet went out and I run a business, area offered limited reception on my hotspot. Still would return due to layout and location.

Great space for a large group

The condo was great for our group and each of the 4 bedrooms had a large bed and attached bathroom. Close to USC and easy freeway access. Parking in the garage was not possible as we had a large vehicle, but should be ample for two smaller cars. Street parking was convenient in the front of the place.

Good experience!

Great place for a group of friends or family coming out to USC for a game. Clean and well appointed. Had a couple glitches with showers not working but Leon and his team were very responsive and fixed everything quickly. Would certainly recommend this place to others!

Clean, comfortable, near USC

Very clean, well decorated, pretty well stocked kitchen about 20 min walk to the Coliseum and 30 min to USC. It's a duplex, so you can hear some noise next door. Communication was good. There are two garage parking spots head to head for compact cars. It's in the unit away from the street, but the neighborhood is pretty noisy. Upstairs metal bedframe is really squeaky.

Detailed communication

The space was as described and pictured, well appointed, very clean, tasteful, and convenient. The unit is not in front, so quiet even though it’s located on a street that can be busy. Appliances are new, furnishings ate clean, comfortable and in great condition. The manager was thorough, detailed and timely with communication so you knew how to access the property and parking, and we were prompted with instructions as we needed them. The manager even checked in using the rental messaging app during our stay to make sure we didn’t have any questions. Good to know: The property is gated so you feel secure, but read and follow the directions. Parking on the property is doable, but easier if you have a compact car (we have a minivan and it worked, but it took some careful maneuvering). We were a party of four and everyone was satisfied. We needed to be close to USC, and would stay again.

Perfect House for USC Visit

Three of us older guys had a great Football Weekend for the USC-UCLA game. The 4 bedroom house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and an overall great experience. Close to USC and awesome restaurants.
