You will not be asked to strip beds, take out garbage, or do other onerous cleaning before you check-out.

Centrally located, it is a great place for groups and families to come together and enjoy everything that Albuquerque has to offer.
The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy for families and friends to prepare meals together. The living rooms feature a couch that has a pullout queen memory foam mattress. With enhanced cleaning measures, and a spotless track record of cleanliness, #UpscaleUptownABQ is your home away from home.

A complimentary coffee bar provides guests with beans or grounds for drip or french press preparation, and a Keurig is available for quick prep. Three bedrooms are made with luxury linens, and soft rich towels. The two bathrooms are stocked with hand towels to provide guests with a high-end experience.

Located off of I-40, #UpscaleUptownABQ is 10.2 miles and 16 minutes from the airport, 4.8 miles and 11 minutes from UNM, 6.6 miles and 12 minutes from the Convention Center, 0.9 miles and 3 minutes from Trader Joe’s.

#UpscaleUptownABQ is ideal for groups who want a safe, clean, and tasteful stay while visiting the Land of Enchantment. There are one king and two queen size memory foam beds for a great night sleep for up to 6 guests. The living room pullout queen couch, and additional linens and pillows offer practical sleeping arrangements for up to 2 additional guests. #UpscaleUptownABQ is strictly limited to 8 guests by our city license.

One of our core values is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star experience to you, our guests, as well as our neighbors. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for late night parties that disturb neighbors. Albuquerque’s noise ordinance starts at 10pm each day of the week. Activities must come inside and windows should be closed at 10pm if volume will impact our neighbors. Thank you for respecting our uptown community, and our commitment to be a good neighbor.

This short term rental is properly registered with the city of Albuquerque, permit number 134954.

For your safety the space is equipped with smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors. There is also a flashlight, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink. Cleaning supplies now remain available to guests during their stay.

A full-size washer and dryer are available in the garage, and is fully stocked with detergent, oxy, bleach, etc.

No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the backyard at least 20 feet from the doors and windows. Please safely extinguish and throw out your butts in the outside trash.

All of the TV's in the house operate on an Amazon Fire Stick. We maintain paid access to Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu's premium service which includes great on demand and live content including basic cable. Guests are welcome to login to services like Netflix with their own credentials if they like. The Amazon Fire Stick home screen makes this intuitive and easy.
