Relax and enjoy being close to everything you want to do! Right off Navy Blvd, you can walk to restaurants in 3 to 5 minutes. Favorites include Dat Cajun Place, Blue Top Waffle Shop, Andy’s Flour Power, J Michael’s, Capt Andersons, Grand Marlin, and Schooners. October/November activities include the Thunder Beach Fall Motorcycle Rally, from Oct 22 to Oct 26, 2025; the IRONMAN Florida competition, from Oct 30 to Nov 1, 2025; and Emerald Coast Cruizin’ Car Show, from Nov 6 to Nov 8, 2025. Boat rentals, dive shops, charter boats, marinas, dolphin tours, jet ski rentals, adventure sports, white sand beaches, and St Andrew’s State Park with tours to Shell Island, are minutes away. Pier Park is a short drive to other adventures. For more information on PC Beach events, go to www.visitpanamacitybeach.com. After you’ve had fun, take a hot shower, go out to eat, and rest easy in this cool house. Come enjoy our beautiful beaches and year-round activities. We are hosts who live in this neighborhood and have local knowledge!

Perfect Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The home had everything we needed and was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The location couldn't be better — just a short drive to the beach, with easy access to great restaurants and nearby grocery stores.Claudia was such a wonderful host — kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. Her hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable.We’re already telling our friends to book this place, and we’ll definitely be back ourselves. Highly recommend!

Lovely Property!

We recently stayed at this VRBO property in Panama City Beach, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was lovely and exceptionally clean, which made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the fully stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed, from modern appliances to all the necessary utensils, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. The location was ideal with easy access to local attractions. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Panama City Beach. We are coming back in September!

This place is by far the THE BEST one bedroom we have ever stayed. HANDS DOWN. Loaction is spot on. You need nothing. This will be our GO TO when available!

Yellow 🚪

Small place that was clean. Worked well for what we needed for the week. Close to restaurants and the beach without the beach front price. A washer dryer combo and a king bed would make this little place excellent. We stayed 8 nights.
