Coming to Lampasas, Tx? We have a comfortable 3 bedroom home suitable for families & friends. 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bath. This home will sleep 5 comfortably. We have added a plush foldable cot that will be stored in the closet for a 6th guest, if needed. Located on Nix road, you are minutes from Key Avenue (the main road that runs through our town) and about a 30 minute drive to Colorado Bend State Park.

We recently renovated a few things in this home, such as the original wood flooring and a fresh coat of paint throughout. We purposely wanted to keep it as original as possible as it has been in our family for many years and we intend to preserve the memories that we have made as a family here.
We hope that this doesn't deter you from booking with us. We intend to make your stay as personable and comfortable as possible. The owners live just down the street and are happy to assist with any needs that you may have.

If you have any special requests, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate them if possible

The host was very nice. I had an Issue with the dates for this rental and they very helpful and was able to change this mistake quickly. The house was very clean and was very well stocked. Enjoyed the stay there would love to rent the property again if we are in the area.

Little Gem!

Great little vintage house. Loved the back yard! Close to the family, so it was perfect. Looking forward to seeing how they improve the property over time. Nice to see that they are working to preserve family history!Would definitely recommend this home.

Little Extras, Big Comfort

The communication was fantastic. We arrived after dark and the light was left on for easy parking and self-check in. Perfect combination of hospitality and privacy from the hosts. The fridge had bottled waters and some staple items, there was a basket of snacks including popcorn in the kitchen which made my children happy, and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. Trash cans with liners were easy to find and use. House was as advertised, well kept, and clean.

The house was perfect for a girl's night out. Especially for us Senior citizens who need low key entertainment and a place to relax and visit. Town is only blocks away with great places to eat and grocery store. The beds were super comfy and access for my sister who uses a walker for mobility was perfect. We felt like we we're at home. We look forward to staying again, only longer when time permits.

Great vintage home near town!

It's a classic! This 1950s home is gorgeous, close to town, has everything you need, and is very original! The layout is perfect and was just what we needed for our hunting trip. Can’t wait to bring my wife when we spend a weekend in Lampasas. Highly recommended!

So comfy and cozy

Meredith is amazing at communicating before, during and after our stay. The house is fantastic and so comfortable! Close to all of the activities, restaurant and shopping. There was even deer in the backyard in the morning. Highly recommend Thanks

Relaxing Lampasas getaway

What a joy to stay in a home that is so clean and delightfully decorated, which provided each of us with our own bedrooms. Although we enjoyed Colorado Bend State Park, we equally enjoyed our lovely, worry free stay!

Easy stay

Close to town and activities. Furnishings were fine with plenty of dishes, linens.Nice back porch and yard with deer visiting daily. Checkin was easy and info from owners was helpful.

Sweetest owners

The couple that owns this property are too sweet. Unfortunately, the storm the night before took out the internet but Todd came over right away and tried to trouble shoot it. Despite not being successful, he kept me up to date about the situation while being respectful of my privacy and stay. He even brought over a beautiful gift to say sorry. FYI, it is a older home, so the plugs are 2 prong only. I was not able to plug in my computer but then again I had no internet. The house is very clean and well taken care of. I enjoyed my stay here!

We are Todd & Nona Jane, lifelong residents of charming Lampasas. I (Nona Jane) grew up in this home before moving off to college. We have kept this home as original as we could to preserve the memories made by ourselves, our children, and our grandchildren. We own a business in Lampasas on the square (a gift shop & deli) and would love to offer our guests free lunch & special discounts in our shop. We are new to this, but we intend on making your stay as comfortable as possible! In order to build positive reviews, we have discounted the rates for now and added a low cleaning fee.
