Greenough Loft

This is a newly renovated, light and bright, small, lofted house! Plenty of lighting from the big windows, yet tucked away from the street for privacy.

The best part of this home is the location. Both downtown and the university are easily accessible by walking or biking. It is also right off the interstate.

Located near nature including the popular creek-side Greenough Park and trail system. This makes it easy for the outdoor enthusiast to spend time in nature during a visit to Missoula.

The space
The main bed (king) is in the upstairs lofted bedroom, and there is a pullout queen bed in the sofa on the bottom floor.

The bathroom is located in the main floor.

The windows provide ample lighting and views of the “L” on Mt Jumbo.

The Greenough Loft has the feel of a “tiny house”, but with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Other things to note

Must climb stairs to get to the main bedroom and the only bathroom means a trip back downstairs.

No washer or dryer on-site.

No dishwasher.

The main trash/dumpster is located through the backyard in the alleyway.

This was perfect for my trip to Missoula to attend a concert at Kettlehouse Amphitheater. What a great space! The bed was heavenly.. I slept like a baby.

Great little place.

We snuck over for a couple day get away from Idaho and really enjoyed our stay. It’s a super cute place, easy to find, close to bars and restaurants and shopping!

Everything about this rental from start to finish was outstanding! The process was easy, efficient, and quick. The host was very informative and helpful and made us feel valued and comfortable. The house itself was as clean as it could be; it was like being in an brand new house. It was adequately stocked and met our needs completely. The location could not have been better. We were very comfortable there and somewhat sorry to have to leave. We would gladly stay there again anytime.

We loved the location- safe feeling quiet neighborhood, plus close to a park, downtown, and the university. The train was nearby but not even noticeable with windows closed. Excellent heating/cooling and lots of windows. The upstairs bedroom had large windows with views of the neighborhood and would be an excellent place for someone needing to get work done at the desk, or to just sit and read. Very new feeling and clean inside. The host responded to our questions and needs very quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

The rental was clean, well kept and close to downtown without being too close! Only thing that we noticed that was annoying was the amount of trains through out the night. But I’m sure you can hear them across all of Missoula! Over all it was a great place for 2 people to get away too.

This loft is adorable! It’s a great little space for anyone ! We were interested as it’s a few blocks from family and close to walking distance to downtown ! We walked all over and it’s right next to a park and the L trail up on the mountain! We loved the upstairs loft! The bed is firm so fyi! It was clean and easy to find things! I would stay here again!

The place was just the right size for my partner and I. We travelled to Missoula to spend Thanksgiving with my son and his family. Although the appliances were small, I was able to prepare and cook my 3 dishes for our Thanksgiving meal. The house was clean and well supplied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the loft. Nicely appointed and cozy. The rattlesnake neighborhood is a great location with parks,mt. Jumbo and trails nearby . We would stay here again.
