A renovated tiny home in a peaceful neighborhood. Built on 4 city lots, it has plenty of space and privacy.

For families visiting the Naval Academy, we are close enough, yet give you space and privacy. Away from the hustle of North Chicago and Waukegan.

Illinois State Beach - 2 miles, 5 minutes

The space
The house is a small single family home, fully renovated, inspected and permitted by the city of Beach Park.

Although we can accept up to 4 people in the space, at 620 SF, 4 people may start to feel a bit crowded. The place is ideal for 3 adults + 1 kid.

It's a cozy small house, but has all the update facilities. Gourmet Kitchen with a breakfast nook, Bathroom with rainfall showers, Bedroom with memory foam bed, living room with 55 inch TV, sofa and a single bed.

There are no second hand or used fixtures.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house and entire front and back yard spread over 4 city lots.

There is a forest preserve with a small stream separating the forest from the property in the back of the house. You are atleast 2 city lots away from the neighbors, well isolated. The neighbors are polite and accommodating.
Other things to note
There is 1 window AC in the living room and portable fans in the room. The window AC also works as a forced air heater in winter. All rooms in the house also have baseboard heating. We have plans to upgrade the window unit.
