We want you to know that we love our snowbirds. We can call VRBO & get you into our condo for only $2395.00 a month. If you stay two months or more for the price of only $2295.00 per month. We ask that you stay at least two to three months for this price. These prices are for November-February of each year. We don't rent monthly except for these months.
You don't need to look any further! You have just found the right condo to rent for your vacation! Relax on the beach with the emerald green waters during the day. You will see dolphins swimming & playing early in the morning & coming back at the end of the day. Come in from the beach & enjoy our picnic areas with tables & grills located in our pool area. All of this is on our ground floor that is covered & has restrooms included. Our complex has covered parking that our guests really enjoy with a convenient elevator in this area.
Our tables & lounge chairs are for you to unwind & relax in the blue balmy skies. You have just found a piece of heaven! You can rent chairs out on the beach for as many days as you would like.
Our condo is located on the second floor & we have an elevator that will bring you up to our floor to unpack your luggage.
We offer two bedrooms with two restrooms. We have a king size bed in the master bedroom & two twin beds in the other bedroom. We also have two bathrooms that are next to the bedrooms.

We just bought a brand new couch & beautiful side chair for our living room area for you to relax in to watch our TV. We also provide TV'S in each bedroom. We have Free WIFI so you can stay plugged into work if you have to.

Read our reviews & you will see that we have a personal assistant that will be staying in touch with you & you will have her personal cell number where you can reach her from 10:00AM until midnight each day. Tired of not being able to get a rental company to call you back? Well just think you will carry our assistant with you she just won't be in your suitcase. Just check our reviews & see that we have all 5's because of her taking care of anything that you might need.

We are located 2.5 miles from the Gulf Shores Park Fishing Pier. It is the largest in the southeast. Bring your poles with you or buy them locally. This pier even has a cleaning station for you to clean your fish right there. Walmart carries the fishing licenses that you will need & fishing poles. We are 1.6 miles to Adventure Island that the kids really love to go to play games, ride little cars around a track, children's golf & eating there also. This is an arcade so there are many games to play inside of the arcade. There are also many rides available at the amusement park as you enter Gulf Shores. Waterville is only 3.3 miles away in Gulf Shores. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is 3.4 miles away for us located 3.5 miles The new OWA Park has opened up & it has a very large indoor water park, rides, a Paula Dean's restaurant, gift shops, a comedy club & many other attractions. Or do you want to take a Dolphin Cruise? Everyone enjoys watching the Dolphins swim right next to your boat.
For the men you may want to golf in one of our 12 golf courses so bring your clubs if you want to do this on vacation. They can also be rented at the golf courses. The ladies love to shop & the Tanger Outlet in Foley is just for you with about 75 different outlet stores to choose from. We also have The beautiful Warf for dining or shopping with a big theater, beautiful upscale stores, fine dinning inside or out, a few local bars, cosmetic doctors & tanning. Here they have many famous bands that come every week-end in the summer for concert tours. Check the list out when you Google The Warf In Orange Beach, Al. The tickets can be bought locally or on line. I would suggest to get your tickets early though. they have famous bands & singers so tickets sell out fast.

There are many grocery stores within two miles of our complex. We have a Dollar General, Walmart, Rouses Grocery from LA; & Public's. If you want to grocery shop when you get here we have it all with these stores being so close to our complex.
If you ladies still like to shop the entire island is full of great boutiques. While you shop the men can charter a boat with others to get a large charter fishing boat at a discount rate for your trip out to catch red fish or many other species. The boat captain provides all the fishing rods, bait, & even cleans your fish & packs it for you to take home or eat at our condo while staying with us. They even help you bring in those real big fish & the kids love this!
With so much to do you can quit looking for another condo to rent. Our cleaning crews are perfectionist & everything will be spotless when you arrive.
We are a family oriented complex so this is why you have to be 21 to rent our condo. Guests & their children must be courteous to each other so that everyone enjoys our complex.
VRBO does offer insurance for your stay with us. Sometimes accidents will happen & their insurance will cover broken things in our condo that will save you money. We ask that you consider buying this for your protection because accidents do happen at times.
We have a large sized washer & dryer so that you can wash your clothes while you are staying with us.
Everyone will enjoy the large pool that is located very close to our condo. You can even see your family swimming from our balcony each day if you want to relax on our patio.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, silverware, cups, glasses plates & pots & pans & cooking utensils. We provide a regular coffee pot & also one that holds K-cups. We provide your coffee with filters so that you can sip your coffee in the early mornings on our patio while you gaze upon our beautiful beach. We have two tables on our patio with four chairs.
