Experience exceptional Ocean views and sunsets from this extraordinary lanai. You can see dolphins, whales(seasonal), and natures beautiful colors while you're eating or relaxing. World class and family friendly beaches are just a short stroll away. Poipu is on Kauai's sunny south shore, where fabulous restaurants and shopping are close by. Golfing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, beaching, and relaxing is what Poipu is all about. Come have fun in the sun feel the Aloha.

The Space:
This Condo has just been completely renovated from the ground up. Everything is new and ready for your vacation. This 778 sq ft Condo has 1 master bedroom with king bed, 1 bathroom with full shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, family room with dining area, queen sofa sleeper, and electronic fireplace, and a magical lanai. The complex has a swimming pool, BBQ area, elevator, and meeting room with a bathroom.

From the Lanai, your view is directly out to the blue Pacific ocean. To the right you can see the island at Poipu beach and the forbidden island at Ni'ihau. Amazing!

Guest Access:
You have access to everything and have full privacy, nothing shared except the pool, which is available for all guests at the Condo complex.

You also have a private parking stall.

Getting Around:
Private parking spot #305.
When pulling into the complex, parking spot is straight in, last one on the right. Enter complex, take elevator to floor 3, take a right to room 305. Enjoy.

Other Things to Note:
Private parking stall, elevator, pool, and carts located on each floor to assist you bringing in supplies, are just a few of the amenities available to you.

Great location

Great location to Poipu Beach, restaurants, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again. The condo was very nice and clean.

We really loved our stay in Poipu. The views were spectacular, the place was clean and very well outfitted and close to everything. We had great walks every morning and easy parking and access to everything.

What a delightful place!

This place was exactly as described and really delightful. There was a turquoise theme going and the kitchen was darling and fully stocked! The views from the lanai were breathtaking and we enjoyed our coffee every morning just looking out at the Pacific. It is very conveniently located and quiet.

Wonderful experience!

This condo was exactly as it was described. It had everything we needed, was immaculately clean, and had a great view as well. Communication with the owner was clear and prompt. We loved it, and would definitely stay here again.

The perfect stay in Poipu

We had a magical few days here. Watching turtles from the balcony, enjoying the space (super clean, recently renovated) and exploring the nearby area’s beaches and food scene. Every detail in the apartment is thought of and we couldn’t recommend staying here more. It’s quiet, has wonderful views and is perfectly situated on the south side of Kauai :) didn’t want to leave, felt so relaxed

Perfect View and Location

The remodel is incredibly well done and the condo has everything you need. You can also easily walk down to Poipu Beach to enjoy the water, the sunset, or the regular turtle and seal visitors. Our 2 year old also loved the playground right off the beach. This area is also a great jumping off point to explore the rest of the island. And, the view from the balcony will not disappoint! We stayed ten nights and didn't want to leave!

Paradise

Kauai 'The Garden Island' is a beautiful and mysterious place. You need to rent a car if you are visiting this island, and you need a wonderful place to stay. Marn's place is exceptional. Clean, bright, amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. Plenty of beaches are in walking distance, and often, especially in the mornings, you'll experience nature in it's fullest with massive green ocean turtles basking on the beaches, monk seals resting on the shores and plenty of dungeness crabs lurking on and between the rocks. Location, location, location. Marn's place is perfectly located to experience all of this and so much more.

Perfect view for relaxing

The pics do not do justice for this beautiful space! I was expecting half the size. It has all the elements needed for a perfect vacation! The fan over the king size bed made for perfect sleeping! The lanai was perfect for wave watching near and far. I even saw whale spouts one afternoon. Restaurants and swimming beach just down the hill. Koloa village has the best juice bar. Recently switched to plant based eating and it had the best salads/meals in jars!! The pool at Sunset Kahili is perfect! I really think this is the most perfect spot to either stay all day or to use as base camp. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful updated home and gorgeous views!

This was our first time in Kauai and we were so glad that we chose to stay here. The condo is spacious, so beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and had everything we could think of and more. The king size bed was very comfortable and the complex is very quiet, so we got great sleep each night. The AC was wonderful to have as well. A very nice sized bathroom and appreciated the double sinks. Gorgeous views of the ocean right when you walk in. Quick walk (3-5 min) to the beach and you can see the turtles on the shore each night sleeping. Marn was so easy to communicate with and made sure we our trip was nothing but great. He also left us coffee and chocolates which was such an unexpected and very generous gesture. We can’t wait to visit Kauai again and would absolutely rebook this home. Thank you, Marn!
