This adorable home is located in the Pond Village neighborhood of North Truro. Part of a larger property, the cottage is full of antique charm. Main floor has open living/dining area, kitchen and full bath with shower stall. Up the ship style stairs you'll find 2 bedrooms; one with queen bed and one with full bed. Outdoor shower as well. Close to Truro Vineyards and walking distance to North Truro Center. Just under a mile to Cold Storage Beach. Part of a larger compound, other units may be available for rent for a larger group.

Very Disappointed, living room floods

I realize this is a new listing and we were very excited about it for its nice location... when we got there it was as advertised. If you have kids or mobility issues, the stairs are incredibly steep. It was sparsely furnished and could use more seating. I brought a rug to put down on the cement floor of the living room to "warm the place up a bit" and we found out why its cement... it floods. It rained (poured) and my family member and his son were on the sofa taking a nap and woke up to a flooded living room. We are lucky none of the electronics were on the floor. The yard was a mini-lake. To make matter worse, they were without hot water for three days and there were problems with the internet. Luckily my family takes things in stride... but what is also bothersome is there has been no communication about any compensation for these large issues. Very disappointed.
