This place suited our needs perfectly. My only suggestion is to make the steps and rails more safe. The threshold on every unit is not safe. Contractors should know better than to construct them the way it's done in this building. There should not be a lower step up to a flush step which is the the entryway. In other words, the entire entryway should be all on one level. No step up or down right in the door jam is the safest way to avoid an injury. The step from indoors to the outside deck is also very risky. Also at the bottom of the front steps, there is a concrete step with a depth of only 3 inches at the most with no bright paint. The step is virtually invisible and even worse at night. I almost fell several times here. Not good. It is a serious liability. I realize that this is an older building and the codes were probably very different or nonexistent at the least, but you should be aware of the danger.
Other than that, we had a wonderful time!
