Guest H4U - Póvoa Relax is situated on the 5th floor of a five-story building with an elevator. This fully renovated apartment is bright and showcases high-quality materials throughout.

You will have access to two spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom featuring a double bed (160x200) and approximately 15m² of space. The second bedroom also has a double bed (160x200) and is around 12m², both of which are located at the back of the apartment, ensuring a quiet atmosphere for restful nights.

The bathroom includes a large shower, sink, and toilet. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to six guests. For entertainment, the TV provides direct access to Netflix and 150 channels in multiple languages, including French, English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese. Our high-speed Wi-Fi connection is perfect for business trips, ensuring seamless connectivity.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and all essential kitchen utensils, making it easy for you to prepare your own meals. Check-in: 16:00–19:00 (free); 19:00–20:30 (€15); 20:30–22:00 (€25); 22:00–23:00 (€50); after 23:00 (from €50) — all subject to availability and to be paid in cash at arrival.

Guest H4U Online Assistance: - Available daily from 10:00 to 19:00 (10 AM - 7 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.

Quiet Hours: - Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).

Group Policy: - We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Party Policy: - Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy: - Small pets (under 5 kg) are welcome at a rate of €5 per night, payable on-site.

Baby Kit: - Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week. Baby cot only: €15 per week.

Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

Key and Door Services: - Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.

Door Opening: - During working hours (10:00 to 19:00): €20. Outside working hours (19:00 to 10:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.
