Welcome to our 2 bed/2 bathrooms right by the beach in the beautiful city of Vila do Conde. Ideally situated 20 min from Oporto's Airport has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Come and enjoy the sun in this bright and spacious apartment!

Our apartment with a focus on comfort is ideally situated in a closed condominium 1 min from one of the best beaches in the North of Portugal, ideal for surfing or just sunbathing.

Enjoy the pool and have a drink on the balcony while enjoying a beautiful sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.

Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or a summer vacation by the beach, the apartment comes equipped with everything you may need, from beach towels and a volleyball to a fully equipped kitchen. Our main focus is to ensure your stay is absolutely perfect!

If you have small children, we have available crib, bathtub and high chair for full comfort and safety.

Super fast wifi (ideal to work remotely or just stream content) + cable TV and we provide a wide selection of books, CDs, DVDs, etc to ensure your entertainment is not missed.

This comfortable and bright 120 sqm (~1300 sft) apartment welcomes up to 5 ppl and has:
- 1 ensuite bedroom with king bed + complete bathroom with bath tub
- 1 guest bedroom with king bed
- 1 comfortable inflatable bed for a 5h guest if needed.

Also, enjoy our super fast WIFI, ideal for remote working.

On your arrival, you will be met at the apartment to receive a full set of keys. The same will happen on your departure day.

Just like you, we also use VRBO/HomeAway and we understand how peace of mind is important, so anything you need you may contact me by email or telephone, at any time.

Neighborhood - This is a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing and resting. Enjoy long walks by the beach, reading a book in total silence, a glass of wine overlooking the sunset, the sun and natural light!

The apartment is 5 mins by car (or metro) from the city of Vila do Conde and 20 mins by car (or metro) to Oporto city. The beach is still unspoiled by mass tourism and it's only used by locals (search online for Praia de Azurara for pictures). It's one of the best beaches for Surfing (rental equipment at the beach - contact details in the apartment). There are a few cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and a nightclub within walking distance.

Airport - Oporto airport is less than 20 mins (by car).
Golf - Estela Golf 18 holes course is 20 mins (by car). One of the best in Portugal.
Casino - Casino da Póvoa is only 10 mins away by car, great place for food and entertainment.
Kitesurfing - amazing kitesurfing area in Esposende, 20 mins (by car).
Wakeboarding - at the beautiful and scenic Barragem do Ermal, 60 mins (by car).

Short car trips to historical places Guimarães, Braga, Viana do Castelo and the scenic Mountain of Gerês.

And of course, Oporto city with its historical places, architecture, museums, amazing food, and Port Wine cellars!

Getting around - It's really easy to get around, search online for 'metro do porto', the area is served by the red line of the metropolitan, which goes directly to Oporto, airport, Vila do Conde city center, etc. The metro stop is ~20 min walk from the apartment complex.
- A taxi from the airport to the apartment is ~25€.
- The best option however is to rent a car as it will give you the freedom to visit amazing historical places like Viana do Castelo, Braga, Guimarães and of course, Oporto!

Lovely modern apartment in an amazing location with stunning beaches.A car is definitely needed as no shops etc within short walking distance. Make sure you check if you can use garage space for parking as is was not available for us and weekends are extremely busy.Inova beach restaurante nearby is fantastic!

This is an amazing apartment with absolutely everything u could possibly need for a holiday and the beach as well.It’s large, cool in the heat and has a ensuite shower so good that my husband wants to replace ours! It’s yards from the beach, on the Camino Way and at the same time just outside Villa Conde which is easy to walk into with great places to eat. Lots of places to visit nearby if u have a car and easy to get into Porto on the Metro in about 50 mins. Nuno the manager could not have done more to help us and was available throughout our stay if we needed him.We had a fantastic holiday and cannot recommend it enough. Thank you so much for sharing.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay here. The manager, Nuno and the owner were very helpful not only with the condo but with restaurants, sites and etc…Very clean with all the items you need for a comfortable stay!

This is an excellent choice for accommodation. We highly recommend it. The apartment was clean. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The host Cesar and property manager Nuno were both great to deal with. From start to finish. Location was also very good. Close to many interesting areas including the beach right in front and a cafe restaurant. We very much enjoyed it.

The apartment is in the perfect location for beach/boardwalks, away from the hustle and bustle of towns/cities. You really need a car to get around, as public transit is not in this area. The apartment has everything you could need, it's almost like being in your own home. As someone who likes to cook, it had all the pots/pans/utensils I needed..We had 2 visitors for 5 days, and there was more than enough space for them.

Relaxing Great Location

A wonderful apartment fully equipped and comfortable in a good location. The suggestions for restaurants and wine store are greatly appreciated. Communication was easy and our host insured we had everything we could need. Vila do Conde is a nice town with amazing beaches. A good location for exploring northern Portugal and Porto.

Huge apartment by the sea

The property had loads of space plus a great balcony which caught the afternoon and evening sun. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the showers were powerful. Just metres from the wild beach and a great restaurant, plus an easy walk in to Vale Do Conde for more great restaurants and shops.

Thank you for your note Joel, I've instructed the cleaning crew to do a deep cleaning to ensure no mold would be found again. I've also purchased a couple of dehumidifiers to prevent further appearance of mold due to humidity in the bathrooms. Thanks again, we hope you decide to come back again soon!

Spectacular Experience

The apartment is exactly as seen in the online pics. The view are amazing. The beach a stone throw away - and there is one of the best cafe just around the corner! The checkin and checkout process was seamless - Nuno (property manager) was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I will certainly be renting the apartment every time I return to visit family… HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very nice apartment at a wonderful beach

We had a great time in a wonderful apartment in front of a wonderful beach. The apartment is very spaceful, in the kitchen there is anything that is needed. The washing machine and the dish washer were very helpful. Our host was great, the communication before and during our stay was perfect, we received a lot of helpful information regarding restaurants, sightseeings etc. At the beach, surfing is possible which was really fun. The region is beautiful and many places can be visited.

property was lovely well kept every appliance worked well. we booked a ground floor apartment but when we got there we were three floors up. We also were not informed prior to our stay that the swimming pool was out of use due to being repaired and we were unable to use it for the whole of our stay. the pool was one of the reasons for booking this apartment. The apartment is also quite a way from any shops etc which meant getting the car out every time we needed shopping

Large Condo

The condo was a nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nuno, the manager, was very friendly and responsive. Despite our unplanned late arrival, he went out of his way to make sure to meet us once we arrived and answer questions about how things worked in the unit. The beach and boardwalk are in front of the building and the nearby town of Vila do Conde is very pretty. A car is needed to get around although you could walk to town or the train station if necessary. The train to Porto is about 40-50 min. The location of the condo was a bit difficult to find on GPS but we put in a nearby restaurant (Inova Beach Restaurant) as our target and it got us back easily each time.

Die Wohnung wird mit "Brand New Sunny Apt. Am Strand" angepriesen.Die Wohnung ist leider schon seit Jahren nicht mehr neu und eher sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bilder spiegeln leider nicht den tatsächlichen Stand wieder, sondern den bei Einrichtung vor etlichen Jahren. Hätten wir dies vorher gewusst, hätten wir nicht gebucht.Oberflächlich war die Wohnung sauber, aber wenn man genauer hingesehen hat, waren die Ecken, wo man nicht so einfach dran kommt, sehr verstaubt. (Steckdosen, hinter dem Regal für die Handtücher im Bad...)Nuno, der uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat, war großartig. Er hat uns mit guten Tipps versorgt. Insbesondere die von ihm empfohlene Tapas-Bar war großartig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch in Ordnung. Als der Pool nicht gereinigt war und wir ihn darüber informiert haben, hat er unmittelbar die Firma beauftragt. Abends war der Pool wieder sauber.

A nice spacious apartment with a lovely view of the Azurara beach from the balcony. Large sofa with a TV on which we were able to stream our Amazon. The Welcome pack Nuno provided was kind and there were basics such as coffee, spices, oil and other useful cooking supplies. Beach towels and parasols etc were plentiful, which was great, thank you! Restaurant/bar very close by and small bakeries/ cake shops within easy walking where you can get delicious coffee & pastries and bread for very reasonable prices. Fabulous beach on your doorstep where you can relax and watch surfers and waves. Town of Vila do Conde worth the walk - again nice restaurants and bars and a beautiful church and impressive monastery to view, and also a Lidl supermarket which is walkable.Takes about 30 minutes to walk to Metro which gives easy access to Porto and nearby shopping centres. Uber taxis are plentiful and very reasonably priced for when you don’t want to walk. If you’re looking for a true Portuguese experience with Porto on your doorstep and want a comfortable apartment to stay in book this one!

Eigenaar was super vriendelijk.Fijne keuken mooi zwembad.Wat ons tegen viel was dat er staat " gloed nieuw appartement "dat is het absoluut niet, helaas had ik juist om deze reden geboekt, dat was voor ons wel een tegen valler, ik zou deze tekst van de site afhalen!Douche liep niet door, overlast van hond buuren blafte deze lange tijd in de nacht.Hard bed.Voor de rest is mooie ongeving rustige plek aan het strand.Fijn strand stoeltjes, vollybal, badminton.

Der Aufenthalt hier war wirklich super! In dem Appartement fehlt es an nichts. Es war super sauber, die Kommunikation war hervorragend und freundlich mit vielen Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants. Tolle Wohnung am Meer

Die Lage ist etwa 20 min fußläufig vom Ort Vila do Conde entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, eine Bäckerei und eine Tankstelle. Auch Bushaltestelle und U-Bahnhaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar, sodass man von hier aus Ausflüge z.B. nach Porto oder Lissabon unternehmen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die persönliche Übergabe der Schlüssel und Einweisung vom freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Wohnungsverwalter, der viele Tipps auch für Ziele in der Umgebung hatte.
