On False Bayou where the fishing is good or take a kayak ride down the canal 5 minutes from Jim’s Bar and landing for food drinks or to put your boat in Beautiful False River with a sunset like no other or just sit by the water and enjoy the fire pit big house and yard a swing for kids has a Bq pit bring your own charcoal picnic table for out door cooking 3 bathrooms 2 with queen beds and one with full 3 bathrooms one full bath and one with shower. Full kitchen with everything you will need from pods pans coffee pot microwave and toaster icebox with gas stove. Wi-Fi and two smart tv’s you can login your account to watch washer and dryer come and relax and enjoy your stay on the bayou.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay at Ventress. The house was super cute and right on the bayou! The beds were so comfy and the host was very nice and communicative. Five stars!

A Beautiful View with Your Stay

The house was nice and great for a family to stay. Very kid friendly. The backyard is great for relaxing and has a wonderful view to begin and end the day with. The house was easy to get to and parking was not a problem. Christy is a great host!

Perfect

Clean, spacious house with all amenities needed. Big enough yard to park a boat in. Everything we needed for a weekend trip on the water.

Very Nice

This was our first VRBO experience and it was actually better than expected. The home was clean, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There is an occasional train, but we found that charming. Our host Christy was very easy to work with and communicated with us every step of the was. If we are in the area again we would book this home in a heartbeat.

Cute and comfortable stay

Disappointed there were no remotes for two TV is the front room. This was communicated with owner and owner insisted remotes were there. I looked in on every night standard and drawers, as well as in the drawers to find. Recommend the owner place all remote near TV for easy access and visibility.
