Two large bed rooms beautifully renovated condo with a modern living area. Beautiful kitchen with laptop work station, wifi, smart TV with cable and AC. Free parking included.
Centrally located to Kitchener downtown and 5 mins away from Waterloo uptown. In walking distance to amazing restaurants on King St. in waterloo. Within 5-10 min drive to Waterloo and Wilfred Laurier Universities. 5 min walk to Tim Hortons in Belmont.
The space
Very clean newly renovated, close to amenities and restaurants. Smart TV with Rogers cable with many channels.
Guest access
Guests have access to all facilities in the condo . Private coded entrance
Other things to note
Quite hours from 11pm -7am.There are other resident in the house and neighbour. Please be respective with noise level.
