The resort has spacious accommodations that includes two private bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two double beds. You will have a sleeper sofa in the living room and a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. You will also enjoy two full bathrooms and a private balcony/patio.

Guests will have access to the business center, Activity Center (fees apply), Boardwalk, fitness center (age restrictions apply), sports courts (seasonal), rooftop sun terrace, sauna and steam room (age restrictions apply, laundry facilities (fees apply), indoor heated pools, hot tub and the outdoor pool (seasonal).

Chesapeake Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean at the coastal city of Virginia beach. Virginia Beach is rich in history and offers a variety of arts & entertainment, family-friendly attractions and a great local culinary scene that will keep you entertained year-round.

You will need a vehicle to get to area attractions, hiking, biking, golf, shopping and dining.
You will be just steps from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and the beach.

Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.

Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort`s front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. *Credit card fee`s are non- refundable

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

General Terms:

Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.
Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State.
The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.
The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.
Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.
Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
Guests must be 21 or older to check in. The reservation name must match the Government issued photo ID presented to the front desk agent. A major credit card will be needed for incidental deposit.
