Reservation is for the entire house! 4 bedrooms, 6 beds with two full bath rooms, two bedrooms are joined together separated by a single doorway.
It may be sleep 8-10 guests.
Don't stay on the Strip! Avoid costly resort fees! Enjoy FREE parking, full bath, kitchen and laundry! Super close to the Las Vegas Strip (14 min. drive to Ceasar Palace) and Chinatown! (7 min. drive) It’s also within walking distance to a shopping center for groceries (which includes a 24 hours liquor store too!) 可讲中文,单层四房独立屋,最多可住10人,供厨浴洗衣泊車，全新装修，在市区内环内，离中国城5分钟，赌场大道14分钟，可走路上超市。
Four rooms features queen or twin sized beds, closet, desk, and tv! It’s newly decorated with beautiful furniture. The rooms are comfortable, and spacious enough for ten people.
We are available through the Airbnb app, phone call/text, Wechat, or Whatsapp! We want your stay to be smooth, easy, and comfortable. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for anything!
The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s walking distance to a shopping center for your convenience!
Public transportation includes: the local bus line (download RideRTC app), Lyft, and Uber.

Good value, close to the strip

The rental is a good value, you were only 10 minutes away from the strip, neighborhood is in a good location and feel safe. Easy communication with the owner. All in all a good value for your stay.

OK stay, clean house, quiet neighborhood

The house is clean and spacious. WIFI was not working first day. Was disjointed from outside, I had to splice and reconnect and still did not work but turns out WIFI bill has not been paid. Bill got paid next day, but ROKU was not working. Roku worked after resetting the network in settings. Gas stove did not ignite. I had to find a lighter to ignite it, fortunately, there was a leftover lighter with few sticks left. There was no kettle to boil water.. We like the neighborhood, its quiet and centrally located to many places we wanted to go. AC is working great, except for that 1 room, even though there was a portable room AC, it was warm and was not cooling the room as I like. There were 8-9 people in my party and the house accomodated that number of people comfortably. Overall, place is ok. Hope others can benefit from my feedback

HOT!!

Great place, clean, and good location. One big downside it was 80+ degrees the first day/night A/C didn’t cool the house down till the second day. Would have been perfect if we walked into a nicely refrigerated living space after our flight. I went as far as to sleep on the couch to get a cooking sensation from the leather on the couch.
