The Coastal Blue-NEW/near beach/beautiful backyard
Enjoy two backyard outdoor living spaces! The top balcony offers a relaxing space to lounge while you soak up the sun and feel the ocean breeze. The bottom deck is for grilling and fun games with the family. At dusk, the backyard comes to life with twinkling string lights. Built in 1965 and recently renovated, the home kept its original shiplap ceilings, walls and wood floors. It's centrally located in midtown, 5 blocks from the beach and a couple of miles from downtown activities/restaurants.
With an open concept living, the space is perfect for small families or couples.
Our home comfortably sleeps 5 but can also sleep 6 with the pull out trundle. We love watching movies so we have a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room and 50" TV in both bedrooms. We offer Free High Speed Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) vacation here often therefore we want everything to be nice and sparkling clean! Now we would like to share our getaway with you and your family!
This is a private home so you have access to all the spaces except for the garage. We will convert the garage into a game room in the near future...stay tuned! The home is completely fenced so you have your own privacy.
Other things to note
--We have five security cameras that will remain active during your stay. They are located at the following: above the front door, above the garage door, above the back balcony door, above the door on bottom deck and inside the garage. Do not cover the cameras or tamper with the system. Any violations will incur a $300 fee and you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
--No pets are allowed inside or outside of the property. Any violations will incur a $300 fee that will be used to clean and sanitize. You will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
--No Parties at anytime.
--No Prom rentals.
--Must be 25 yrs and older to rent. An adult must remain on the premises the entire stay.

Thanks for visiting my page. Just a little about myself. I'm 40ish...let's keep it at that. Haha! I'm a mother of 3 young children. I have a boy/girl twin that are inseparable yet are individuals and a little boy that loves his scooter and sticks. My husband and I love Galveston. We bring our little family to the Island as often as possible. One of my passion is decorating so I enjoy making our places beautiful yet relaxing where families can come to have fun, enjoy and soak in some salt water therapy. Welcome to Galveston!

The Coastal Blue is located in midtown Galveston. It's only five blocks from the beach and Pleasure Pier and less than two miles to downtown. I personally think that all the good restaurants are in downtown. However, there are a few excellent restaurants near the home that we visit often. For ex: Pennies Tex Mex and Shrimp N Stuff are all within walking distance. Majority of the homes in the neighborhood have been renovated so go ahead and take a leisurely stroll and say "Hi" to our neighbors!

At the end of the day, all I want or any guests want is a nice and clean space to come home too. It's important to us that you are comfortable. Our home is unique because not only do we provide a beautiful space, we have two outdoor living spaces. I love soaking up the sun while lounging on the top balcony while my husband and kids grill and play on the bottom deck. Enjoy the convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores and parks for kids!
