Patio Loft #5 for 2-3 people, is part of Aranjuez Lofts located in Santa Ana. There are 9 lofts located in a beautiful property with shared large garden and pool. Conveniently located near Santa Ana downtown, upon walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theater and near the main highway to the airport and to main sightseeing in Costa Rica.
Located on the 1st floor and with a small private garden. The Loft includes: 1 queen bed, A/C, cable TV, wireless internet, private bathroom, closet, safe box, equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, kitchen appliances, microwave oven, coffee maker, and small oven. Also a small dining table and a sofa.
The property has a great pool with deck and great garden, enabled for the use of the Loft renters.
Free parking for 1 car per Studio.
Shared laundry room with washer and dryer for the all lofts. ($5 per load, detergent not included)
Great for holidays or business people who need a small apartment for a short term without having to sign a lease or furnish an apartment.

The property has been owned since 50 years ago by our father, when it use to be a farm area, so we maintained a lot of green area and trees.
