This is a 3rd floor walk up unit. No elevator in building.

Everything is within a few minutes drive! An on site bar/restaurant "Harry the Hats" for those days your don't want to venture far!

"Admin Fee" is for a Damage protection policy to over your stay. We do not utilize VRBO Damage policies or Security deposits for new bookings after 2/1/2025.


We do have cameras on front door with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

PLEASE NOTE: We do send all linens out to be laundered. When you arrive there may be a blue laundry bag on the porch. Please DO NOT bring it in. If for some reason it is there for longer than a day please let us know. The laundry for the next guest will be returned to the property within 48 hours. It will be placed in the black and yellow bin on the porch OR the garage(if applies), They will not enter the main part of the home in any way. Typically, they will be there only a minute or 2.
