Kingston Plantation is a stunning oceanfront community perfectly located near shopping, dining, golf, and attractions throughout both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.
Welcome to 904 South Hampton, a brightly decorated 2‑bedroom, 2‑bathroom oceanview condo offering a relaxed coastal vibe and beautiful south‑side ocean views. This spacious villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features:

A comfortable living room with balcony access
A generous dining area with seating for six
A fully stocked kitchen with Corian countertops and an eat‑at bar
Full‑sized washer and dryer in the unit

The primary bedroom features a private balcony and a spacious en‑suite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, balcony access, and is located just steps from the second full bathroom.

Met my expectations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my daughter and two grandchildren (ages 9 and 12 years; 8/25/24 - 8/30/24) for a beach vacation. The condo was clean, with the exception of many different kinds of hair on the master suite shower wall. Maybe they have a blind cleaning crew? Anyway, except for that oversight, the only other complaint would be the lack of a can opener. How can you rent out a beach vacation condo and not supply a can opener? Had to make a special trip to Wal*Mart for a can opener, which I also brought back home with me. Sorry, but I bought it; I'm taking it with me. As many of the other reviewers wrote, there should have been more towels. But, we're not princesses, so we made do. Only a slight ding for that, but you would think that, with so many reviewers referring to that same deficit, that someone would rectify that issue. These are all small issues that did not significantly impact our satisfaction, though it would certainly have improved my overall assessment had these deficits not been experienced. I would stay again, but would hope for a can opener, more towels, and a clean shower.

Great condo at the beach!

Condo was exactly as described and photographed. There was a nice view of the water and pier from the balcony that's shared between the bedroom and living room. Primary bedroom has it's own balcony that also has a view. Waterpark and multiple pools was fun to 'pool hop'. Beach access was easy and fairly accessible for those with limited mobility that can't do a lot of stairs. Husband walked down and fished at the pier. Property and grounds and pools were very clean.

Disappointed and will not return

The view from the unit was nice. The kids enjoyed the shopping and local attractions in Myrtle Beach, but would never return. This unit had a door connected to another unit that was locked. This should have been disclosed. The people in the other unit were extremely loud and they kept knocking on the connecting door late at night trying to open it for hours. This continued after 2 am. The unit had black mold on the shower curtains. The dishes were dirty. Currents Pool complex was very crowded. Not enough chairs and towels for the number of people. Two days we were there, they had no towels available. The pool had cups and bandaids floating, and when reported the guard said the filter would get the bandaid. There were also bags of trash outside of the building. Not sure if this is all typical, but we left before expected. Would never stay again.

Spring Weekend Getaway

It was a quick trip but a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, had all amenities needed and in a great location. Having access to the entire plantation resort was wonderful. We never left the resort area until it was time to leave. We would stay again!

Great stay in Kingston

We really enjoyed the resort and all of the amenities. The pools and water slides were a hit with the kids. The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The location and convenience of the resort was great. Will stay again.

Family beach weekend

The condo unit was clean and just as shown in the pictures. It was very nicely furnished. The property manager communicated with us quickly and efficiently. The resort was great- beautiful beaches, restaurants and brewery, gym and a great location to the outlets. We definitely recommend!

Beach Vacay 2022

This is by far the BEST vacation we've ever had. It started out with T.J. the owner being the absolute best host ever. I chose the property because if the reviews and it absolutely didn't disappoint!!! T.J. has thought of everything right down to phone charging outlets. The condo itself was so clean and welcoming. The beds were so comfortable, the living room inviting, everything we needed in the kitchen and the full size washer and dryers were great. We loved the resort and felt safe the whole time there. We will plan our vacation next year around the availability of this room. Thank you so much for helping make our vacation GREAT!!!!!

Memorial Day weekend

My family and I stayed at this condo over the Memorial Day weekend. Booking the condo was easy and TJ does an outstanding job communicating all of the information needed prior to arrival. Once we got there, she checked on us to make sure everything was in order. The condo was exceptionally clean and was exactly as described. The location is great: located in a resort but close to everything, very convenient. Highly recommend this condo!

Had the most wonderful experience with this property and host. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. Received a message from host that condo was ready earlier than expected which worked out perfectly. Host was so accommodating and friendly, answered all of my pre-trip questions. Perfect location and merely steps to the beach and pool. Would highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay. Stands out above the rest!

Six of us, my husband, daughter, son-in-law, their two children and myself, arrived late on a Friday night for a Soccer Tournament to be played all day Saturday and Sunday. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to open the door to the condo and immediately get hit with the cleanliness that awaited us! The bedrooms were both large and the living/dining areas were large enough for us all to be comfortable. I have never seen the surplus of towels/linens/blankets and pillows. Everything a family could want was available. Everything was clean and the furniture was in great condition. The location of the condo could not have been better or more convenient to the pool, beach, shopping and restaurants. I HIGHLY recommend this condo!
