River House is a massive, custom home perfectly designed to keep large groups comfortable and entertained on the outskirts of "Jubilee" famous Daphne, AL. With room for 20 people, 15 beds, expansive en-suite bathrooms and multiple living areas, you can bring the whole (even the extended!) family. The chef's kitchen has stainless steel appliances and vast countertop space for prep and serving, while dual dining tables add plenty of seating to ensure space for everyone.

* Please advise that since this is a wooded, private area, we have pest control on-site monthly. All this to say that you will more than likely encounter outdoor critters (deer, etc) + insects (beetles, wood roaches, etc) and perhaps a few dead insects inside, especially in winter. Note this is normal. You're in the woods! :)

* Photo and video is taken after every guest to ensure listing accuracy and claim mitigation.

Awesome!!

The home and property were exactly like the pictures, and everything was perfect. There was 10 men sharing the home and there was more than enough room. Our host made everything so easy. We highly recommend this place.

A Compound!

Massive house with room for everyone! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space! We went back and forth to Fairhope and Foley! This place was perfect. Literally instant communication with the host if you ask or need anything!

Beautiful Peaceful House and Property!

The property is secluded with lots of space to spread out. Perfect for large groups with adults and children. Everyone loved the surrounding beauty and the large rooms and windows to enjoy it. The host Stephanie responded quickly to any questions and was always kind and professional and quickly addressed any concerns. We plan to rent this property again in the future. Definitely recommend for large groups or a secluded place to stay.

Our vacations are filled with adventures & excursions, incredible food (we try ALL the dishes!), and finding new ways to connect as a family. We practice mindfulness - loving the generous present moment, and are grateful for everything we have, the guests that choose to stay with us, and life itself. How are we different? Having stayed at many vacation homes, we knew it could be done MUCH better. We would feel the value was off, the photos were sometimes "click-bait", and the hosts weren't as available as they should have been. Transparency in our listing descriptions, kind & quick communication, and resort-style amenities are super important to us, and we know they're important to you.
